Something that was really great to read on Reddit, and (at the moment) has 11,000 upvotes and counting! So this user had been deaf since he was a child, and only recently got a hearing aid for the first time - allowing him to finally hear his first song ever. In his words: "He played the song "We are the world" by Michael Jackson. It was overwhelming at first but I couldn't help but fall in love with the singer's voice. His voice somehow comforted me. I experienced the peace I never knew existed." He then went on to ask what other songs he should listen to. I know it's not just an MJ song, but this was really really awesome to hear! He then said later on in another comment, about other songs: "Most of them didn't give me any feeling except the confused feeling but whenever I listened to Michael Jackson songs, I got goosebumps (and sometimes I get scared) and I felt like my eyes could see more clearly." You should all go check out his other comments - it's really cool to see someone experiencing the magic of Michael Jackson - and the inexplicable beauty that is music in general - for the first time www.reddit.com/r/CasualConversation/comments/cdmcr1/i_just_heard_music_for_the_first_time_in_my_life/I could just cry! I'm lost for words. It's not just about MJ. I love hearing stories like this. That life can provide miracles sometimes. It reminds me that "life's still worthwhile" Good for him!

I've been working in Seattle for the past few days. Last night I went to get drinks with some co-workers at a place called Lot 3. Soon after we walked in, I heard The Way You Make Me Feel playing.
I thought that was cool enough, but then a couple hours later right before we left I heard the Immortal version of Man In The Mirror. Needless to say, I prepped to play the air piano on the breakdown as soon as I realized which version it was lol.

Cute. This is Trottoir Caffe in Onesti, Romania.
I always find it amusing how much of the world doesn't give a shit about Leaving Neverland.

I know BTS are big but I don't know anything about them other than they don't shy away from being influenced by MJ. Doesn't surprise me that they don't give a fuck:

Absolutely and not to brag, but I KILLED it on air piano when the breakdown hit.

Doesn't surprise me that they don't give a fuck: They were to contribute to an MJ song last year or so, I believe. One of Blackpink, Lisa, wore an MJ Thriller cover t shirt last year in a performance. My daughter loves K Pop and I'm always seeing thos acts doing little MJ moves.

Yeah it's no different. As a fan it can still be a bit cool, but I don't really think it's as impressive as if it happened naturally y'know? Regardless of fanbase.
