Bad news, in what world we live in that raggaeton is accepted in a Super Bowl halftime show, the good news is that many people complained about it and said Michael's halftime show is still the best. Michael was trending in Mexico because of it.

His halftime show really was the best. Not just because of his energy and the entertainment value, but because of how he brought people together during it and sent a positive message. The only other time I can think of that happening was when U2 paid tribute to the 9/11 victims during their performance at the Super Bowl in 2002.
On another note, Sirius XM's 90's on 9 station played In The Closet a bit ago, which is pretty cool. Pretty rare to hear that song on any radio station, at least for me.

When LN came out last year, there was an article about it in my country on the liberal website I often visit for news here. The article was the usual virtue signaling BS with the sentiments and buzzwords they copied from the Western liberal media, but the comments were more mixed with many people expressing their doubts about these allegations. Or at least with the "Why now? Let the guy rest in peace, for God's sake!" sentiment. Anyway, after a while some people started discussing his music and I remember someone posted In The Closet as his favorite MJ song, which I found pleasantly surprising because it's not the song that people in the general public usually mention among their favorite MJ songs (or even know it) and also because the general demographic of this website is those upper middle class white men who are proud of their taste in either classic rock or obscure rock bands.

Wasn't it where the organizers tried to virtue signal when LN came out and said they would hand out booklets about CSA?Then there was outrage from fans and probably the Estate also told them off, so they backtracked?
I'm glad they saw it being successful without the virtue signaling.

I didn't like all the artwork shown the first time in London either but maybe the exhibition has different pieces every time, I hadn't seen this one, for example.
Either way, it's a good thing Michael is being celebrated like that, puting him in a positive light. Even Madonna attended the exhibition with her younger children.

The stuff David Lachapelle (sic?) had there, I did not like one piece of his. I hated his religious imagery, and I thought they were just creepy. And loads of the "art" looked like it was thrown together that morning, but there was some absolutely amazing stuff too. I did spend quite a bit of time there though. The life-size Dangerous cover that you could walk through was so cool, and the large picture of the album cover was amazing to see up close. I did enjoy that everyone else was really enjoying it though! I took LOADS of photos, if anyone wants I can share the album?

We have a famous singer here. Someone from our MJ fan FB group went to his concert yesterday. At the show this singer started talking about MJ as one of his inspirations and how he is divisive these days, unfortunately, due to the HBO thing, but he doesn't believe any of it and he performed I Just Can't Stop Loving You.
