Do the boogie zombie and the MJ zombie use the same tune?
Also in the link there talk about "the state of Michael Jackson" (made me laugh).

This article quotes the developer as saying "The Estate of Michael Jackson objected to our use of the 'dancing zombie' in Plants vs. Zombies based on its view that the zombie too closely resembled Michael Jackson. After receiving this objection, PopCap made a business decision to retire the original 'dancing zombie.'"
It only says that it resembled MJ, with no mention of the music, so I think it was just the outfit that referenced MJ, and the tune never resembled Thriller.

I don't think that the ever sounded like Thriller ... though that tune remotely sounds a bit like the same atmosphere. But I was wondering if they changed the tune when they changed the zombie model, because maybe the tune we hear on the site is only that of the boogie zombie, or was the same for both.

So, this:
Personnally, I preferred MJ in Plant Vs Zombies (but there was removed later due to copyrights/image right or so) (I don't think that the game was playing Thriller, didn't find another short video with actual game music.)
LOL! i love his dance at the end of Ready 2 Rumble. i have an aunt who use to play plants vs zombies. she was addicted to the game. yeah, i bet that why most people play the game anyway because of michael. though i read somewhere he was the one who approve it was okay for using him as an cameo. not sure if that's true or not but i swear his estate sucks.

You mean that he approved the cameo in Ready 2 Rumble? Also I just realised this game was out in 1999, so it's probably looked impressive back then.
Would have liked to see MJ in Mortal Kombat though(he mentionned he liked Mortal Kombat 2 if I remember well)

After three seasons at Colchester United FC Luke Gambin is the new star of Maltese Hamrun Spartans FC for the next football season.
And to celebrate the change of team, Gambin and the club put together a great video of the football player dressed as Michael Jackson dancing "Billie Jean" and revealing the team's new jersey.
It is not the first time that Gambin is shown dancing to Michael Jackson, clearly a fan.

I'm posting this this way because for some reason it won't let me post all together. South Korean boy band BDC which stands for “Boys Da Copa” just released a new single inspired by Michael Jackson: Moon Walker. The trio formed in 2019 with Kim Si-hun, Hong Seong-jun and Yun Jung-hwan is raising in the K-Pop world and their new single with their video has started to be a sensation in Asia. In the video, the trio and their dancers performed dance steps most associated with Michael Jackson including a moonwalk. “It’d be great if the public could remember us and follow us by thinking of Michael Jackson even for a moment,” says Hong. “Since it’s such a well-known, we do get nervous but we’re hoping to do it well in our own style.”

It is not every day that fans are shown in a positive way in the press and this is the case for Vernay and Ryan in New Jersey, USA. If you recall, Vernay and Ryan won the Hector Barjot Award 2021 for best Michael Jackson Collection. they made it to FOX29 News where they were portraited nicely and explaining why they are collecting Michael Jackson memorabilia. www.youtube.com/channel/UC-NpP8mwVsyC9HVO8xW9bjQ
