Viktor Bevanda is a 14-year-old who can’t speak. Diagnosed with Autism at an early age, he hasn’t let his limitation in comprehension and verbal abilities limit his artistic talent. Viktor began to show signs of Autism at the age of 2. After a change in behavior testing led to a diagnosis of autism. By the age of 5 his parents began to take notice of his talent in art and within a few years his technique developed even though he was self-taught and he started to express himself through his art. Producer and DJ Kyrre Gørvell-Dahll, better known as Kygo, released on March 31 a new remix of Say Say Say, a classic by Paul McCartney in duet with the King of Pop Michael Jackson. The single is now available on digital platforms.
"It's no secret that I love working with iconic '80s vocals, and 'Say Say Say' was one I really wanted to work on," Kygo told Billboard. "We initially contacted Paul McCartney's team and the Michael Jackson Estate over a year ago to get the approval and the rods to start working on an idea."
After getting that green light, Kygo got the stems of the song and, "started with an idea that I liked, that took a few days. Overall, it took a few months to get to the final version."
"It's the same process I use in all my remixes," he adds, "which starts by taking out some of the original production and then produces new melodies and ideas with the vocals."
In fact, this remake begins with an isolated cut of Jackson's voice, before arriving for McCartney's first verse.
"I feel like it has a lot of additional energy and it brings a masterpiece from 1983 to 2023, which is exactly what I was trying to achieve," says the producer.
"Say Say Say" was released in October 1983 and spent six weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and 22 weeks on the chart. The song is ranked 50th on the list of the 100 best singles of all time.

Les Fo’Plafonds are a group of musicians from France who perform with items you wouldn’t normally expect to see used as musical instruments… they make a great sound though. Their name “Les Fo’Plafonds”, which roughly translates into “The False Ceilings”. “Fo” is a slang way of saying “faux”, which is French for false. They tackled the ’84 hit by trading in instruments with everyday items. What constitutes an everyday item? Well, pipes, random kitchen appliances, water guns, heck, even a vacuum cleaner! Initially uploaded during Halloween 2020, a video has recently gained added attention, racking up nearly one million views after being featured on the Facebook group, The Music Man, which caused Ghostbusters fans to fill up our inbox with the unconventional yet entertaining cover. The video and song is a mach-up between “Ghostbusters” and Michael Jackson’s “Thriller”. And it is funny, entertaining and very clever way to re-invent “Thriller”. As the “Ghostbusters” fans have already picked up the video and made it to nearly a million view, it’s our turn to show some love and appreciation, don’t you think? Check out the video and don’t hesitate to comment and share! Not to mention, their last tour poster shows the group coming out of a wall and if you look closely, there is written “Michael Jackson – Off The Wall” in the left side. One member is wearing a Letterman Jacket like in “Thriller” video, and another one, a “Beat It” Jacket. Clearly the group are Michael Jackson fans! www.facebook.com/IAmTheMusicMan

Wednesday’s dance was inspired by Thriller
In 2022, Netflix released a new series “Wednesday”, titled after the character from the Adams Family focusing on the eldest daughter of Gomez & Morticia. Jenna Ortega plays the role of the morbid character directed by Tim Burton.
So popular that it is the 2nd most watched show after “Stranger Things”.
But one scene in particular took over social media, especially TikTok when Wednesday go to a ball and dance on the Cramps’ song “Goo Goo Muck”.
During a interview for SYFY, film editor Jay Prychidny revealed that the dance was inspired by Michael Jackson Iconic “Thriller” dance:
“Her moves were inspired by ‘Thriller,’ and I was obsessed with that song as a kid. That was definitely what inspired me to start the way she does: a sweep up to her face with the choreography starting out camera…definitely to me it’s a reference to how the dance in ‘Thriller’ begins.”

Drumline students pay tribute to the King of Pop
The drumline students at Smithfield-Selma High School created a toe-tapping music video full of flashing lights, costumes, choreography and an undeniable rhythm.
Created with the help of their teacher Justin Holmes, the teens showcase a wide variety of incredible talents – dancing, a wide variety of instruments and of course drums.
The video is full of Michael’s dance moves, costumes and has an amazing megamix going between few of Michael’s super hits!
The percussion ensemble is called Spartan Thunder, and they regularly bring the energy to other school games and events.
