Gremlins! Don't feed them after midnight. Jesus bro! Lucky I love you x My god how good is Gremlins. My face was sore from smiling. I even teared at one point. THAT SCORE BRO When I saw it with Zach Gilligan and Phoebe Cates was doing her speech about why she hates Christmas, everyone in the cinema burst out laughing!

I was supposed to see a Blade Runner/Blade Runner 2049 double bill today at the cinema, but it was an hour away and we have a bloody storm today.
Heartbreak. Absolute heartbreak.

Which one do you like more? Iโd have to say 2049. I was never overly attached to the original (came to enjoy it more on replays) but I instantly loved the second one.

It gets better each viewing, for instance last time I watched it, I was bloody obsessed with Luv. Her character and story. I hated the 1st one until I saw it like 3 times cos it was so removed from the book (its my favourite book) but then it clicked its a completely different thing. 2049 blew me away first time. Listening to its OST now while I read this.... a very very worthy addition to the canon. And helping me ease the disappointment....

I'm watching the series Dark on Netflix now. It's actually the third time I started watching, previously I always lost interest after one, two episodes because it's rather slow. But if you get past the beginning it is actually interesting. Now I finished Season 1 and I'm hooked. I'm just starting Season 2. It reminds a bit of Stranger Things in that, there are weird things going on in a small town, there's a nuclear plant involved, kids etc. But it's much darker and it doesn't have the light heartedness and comic relief of ST. It's more "European" (it is a German series). But eventually it becomes more an intellectual kind of sci-fi with time travel paradoxes, mystery and all. It's pretty interesting and I grew to like the dark mood.
