How strange the media mostly ignored hin back in 2013 but now they're with open arms helping him to promote that piece of shit's bullshit, I don't het it why now. Maybe Harvey Weinstein still using the media and friends for deflection against his crimes is a factor.
I want to think no genuine sexual abuse victim would use their story for promotion of any kind,, that piece of shit is absolutely revolting.

Wade is so goddamn transparent. Not only does he conveniently get a Twitter account a week before the film airs, he also cannot resist the temptation to immediately start hyping his shit projects. It also goes beyond just using the attention he's getting now to promote the kind of work he's always been doing (which would be pretty distasteful to begin with) - it's not like he's just sharing a video about a random upcoming dance event. You can tell that everything he says here is such an obvious attempt to capitalize on the film, on the role of 'champion of victims' he's so desperately clamoring for. "My story of abuse and its effects will make me relatable/relevant," "It's time for me to get mine!" - Wade Robson This son of a bitch.... You know what's sad?? Even 5 years ago, people would've seen right through this. Nowadays he'll be seen as "a survivor" who's trying to "pick up the pieces" of his terrible life that was "destroyed by Michael Jackson"
It really is maddening that there is nothing an accuser says these days can be called into question. They are basically dismantling the principle of "innocent until proven guilty" right in front of us.
I actually think the media didn't care about this case for 5 years because it is shady that someone would turn around and say such things once their career crumbles and they file a lawsuit. Now all of a sudden they are "credible" because there is a film and there is a huge media campaign. And no matter what BS they say, it is just accepted at face value. It is maddening.

Reading the comments online under a lot of articles, I am seeing increasing numbers of non-fans expressing scepticism towards Wade and James, which is heartening to see. People aren't as gulliable as the media would like them to be, and I think a lot of folks are savvy and question what they read a lot more than they used to. It's great to see this outside of the fan community.

Right now it is like 99.9% vs. 0.01% in the mainstream media. Like they all forgot critical thinking, burden of proof, presumption of innocence. fairness, balance etc.

I think it also helps a lot that most fans have simply been dropping stone cold facts under these kinds of articles and social media posts, rather than (understandable but not very convincing) 'Leave Britney alone' types of messages. Btw, just a random note: do we actually know what exact amount of money Wade was looking to get from the Estate? I've seen all sorts of figures reported and realized I do not actually know.

No, we don't know any monetary figures Wade Robson and Jimmy Safechuck want from the Estate. None is specified in their lawsuits.

So, most of the comments I see on CBS Mornings tweets/FB posts are very pro MJ. However, the more manic MJ fans have turned on Nihal from BBC radio and he is lapping it up.

I know how immature this is going to sound...I'm finding it so, so hard to refrain from replying to all of Wade's wishy-washy-victim tweets on Twitter!
