Has anyone seen the 2012 film ‘The Hunt’? It’s a Danish film starring Mads Mikkelsen (who is fantastic as always) and he plays a Kindergarten teacher who is falsely accused of sexually abusing one of his students. The film details the huge fallout that comes from such serious allegations, the stigma he faces and breakdown of his friendships and relationships in his village as a result. It’s really harrowing stuff and, obviously, I couldn’t stop thinking of Michael when watching it because it gives an insight into what he would’ve faced. I haven’t seen it for a long time but I remember being really, really moved by it so would definitely recommend it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Hunt_(2012_film)

Based on this tweet they really pulled LN from Netflix today. At least from the Greek one.

Well, HBO of course will have it. It's their production. I didn't expect them to sink it on their own channel, so that's not my interest. I'm more interested in Netflix.
It's probably still on HBO here as well, but not many people have HBO compared to Netflix. Here we never had it on Netflix thankfully. Probably because here it's exclusive for HBO.
I hope the Greek thing is just the beginning and country by country it will keep dropping off of Netflix.

Could hbo still do this in spite of being sued by the estate? Absolutely. Nothing has been ordered yet by the courts, so they're currently still free to do what they will with it.
Even if the Estate won and one of the punishments handed out by the court was HBO ceasing distribution of the film (which I'm not sure is a possible outcome), they would only have jurisdiction in the United States. So HBO could continue distributing the film in other territories.

Not overly fussed by this. The readings from those tests aren't entirely reliable, which is why their results can't be used as evidence in court.

Just noticed Leaving Neverland has finally left the streaming service it was on here in New Zealand! (which was a free one from our public broadcaster. It's not #1 but it's not unpopular either, although when I last looked a few months ago LN was somewhat buried).
I really do hope this means it's not coming to Netflix or another service though.
