When you know the truth about something and see how the media fictionalise it, it makes you question everything they've ever told the public. It's sick.

Seriously, don’t give these ridiculous tabloid articles clicks. They’ll say and do anything to drag MJ’s name through the mud. I’m assuming not every juror has said that btw. It wasn’t that long after the verdict that a few of them came out and said some shit about giving the wrong verdict. There were a whole bunch of others though who said they made the right decision. Don’t forget that the amount of crap the prosecution tried to throw at Mike during the trial, bringing in all these disgruntled ex employees who’d sold stories to tabloids to give graphic, made up evidence, it was inevitable some jurors may have thought “he didn’t abuse Gavin, but who knows about the past”.

Even though it's no secret tabloids are the scum of the earth, I don't think any other famous person has been treated this viciously and thoroughly dehumanized as Michael. What on earth did Michael do to that wicked, son of a bitch of Rupert Murdoch to get such amount of evil and venom onto him?

The coverage of the trial and some incidents afterwards (like the WMAs in '06) really was a wake up call for me. Prior to that I had naively just assumed that while the media might make some mistakes, they generally try to report stories accurately.

Seems obvious it's the Sun with an over the top agenda. Wootton's hacks-a-hired by Weinstein PR possibly??

They always go back to that one jury member, Ray Hultman who thought he was guilty. And I think there was one old woman. Both were shopping book deals after the trial, so that says it all. They are not the whole jury. The jury is made of 12 people.
In fact a couple of years ago there was a TV show called the "Jury Speaks" and they had some jury members discuss the case again and they said they would vote "not guilty" again - including Ray Hultman! They were informed of Wade's allegations too and they weren't impressed. They said if he claims that he should be charged with perjury.
I am not sure why we should focus on what this toiler paper writes. It was to be expected that they would tell every lie under the Sun to make MJ look guilty.

That's the thing that really gets me though....they literally make it up. Is there really no law they are breaking by continually reporting in this manner? Is there no consequence for fictional reporting?!

I think after the trial it was also found that she knew Adrian McManus. If that's true, she shouldn't even have been on the jury.

On the 'plus' side, if you search MJ on Twitter, no-ones talking about the documentary but instead focusing on some American governor who's made the news because he wore blackface to impersonate Michael at a party back in the 1980s. I know we're in the calm before the storm (before it airs on HBO/Channel 4), but at least anything Leaving Neverland will get buried thanks to that ignorant governor.
