The MJ Cast gave us a very nice recommendation on Twitter yesterday, which was awesome. I'm hoping everyone has enjoyed episode 7. We're recording #8 tonight and it'll be out on Monday as usual  You never said during ep 7- whats your favourite Prince album? Around the world? |

My favorite from the 80s is a dead tie between Around The World and Parade. It used to be Around, hands down. Then about two years ago I went through this phase where I listened to Parade almost constantly and it made its way up to being tied for #1 |

Then about two years ago I went through this phase where I listened to Parade almost constantly and it made its way up to being tied for #1 Parade is fantastic to be fair. That entire suite on side 1 is majestic. |

How come Michelle can't tell apart REM and Pearl Jam? LOL. They aren't even that similar to me.

How come Michelle can't tell apart REM and Pearl Jam? LOL. They aren't even that similar to me. Haha....I know! It's such an odd thing, but I kid you not, she can't seem to tell them apart. Everything about them sounds 100% different to me, yet she has trouble with it. I do not get it haha |

Also, if I was stuck on an island with Michelle her CDs would "go missing".... I need to try again with Pink Floyd. One band that never clicked- yet. |

Haha, yeah, I must say I personally wouldn't want to hear just her picks for the rest of my life. I'd tire of them very quickly, that's for sure lol. I hear that about The White Album too. It's certainly an unorthodox choice but I truly do love that album. As far as Floyd goes, I really think that The Wall is their most diverse musically. If you're ever gonna like something by them, I would think it'll be something from that album. |

So....this is probably some sort of "new content creator paranoia" but this week's episode is getting about half the listens we usually get
I'm overly worried maybe we went in the wrong direction or something. Then again, maybe people are more focused on news baeed shows given the current situation.

A buddy of mine pointed out that another factor is that many people are commuting a lot less with the virus situation so people may be listening to podcasts way less currently. In any case, I very much appreciate those of you who have been listening! |
