I just found out today reading an article about Prince Andrew that the Queen can't commit a legal crime and that Andrew could request immunity from prosecution:

In theory, the reigning Monarch is above the law.
But there's absolutely no way any Constitutional Monarch is going to test that particular theory. The Monarch exists precisely due to the consent of the public via the restoration of the Monarchy.

I just found out today reading an article about Prince Andrew that the Queen can't commit a legal crime and that Andrew could request immunity from prosecution: Bit in bold.....Princess Anne begs to differ! Convicted in 2002 of her dog biting someone. None of the Monarch's children have immunity from prosecution, especially not if there's plenty of evidence against them at any time. Just like how the Monarch is exempt from passports and has diplomatic privileges in international law, but her children absolutely require passports and have no diplomatic immunity under international law automatically.
