It is a great list, glad to see such a legendary song at #1 and the whole Top 20 has similarities to mine. Great minds think alike. It is obvious you love 80s Michael like me, but can see the best parts of Michael from other decades and albums.
Placing TDCAU at #12 makes you the first not to give the legendary HIStory track a Top 10 placing, but otherwise glad to see Break or Dawn is way up there. Wondering if at all, you are a Prince fan, because if you are not I could see you really digging him.
Sorry it took me so long to get to the party, had a busy day today, but yeah some real classics in that list.

Russg , Remember The Time, Baby Be Mine and Black Or White are more important to me and played a much bigger part in my life. I do love HIStory, Little Susie and We've Had Enough a lot but MJ has always been more about massive classic pop moment's that got inside me.For me the aproach of "It's deeper, more mature, therefore it's better" dosent equate to making an MJ track "a fave", rather, massive personal memories and just loving what a certain track gave to you at a certain point in time and continues to evoke those feelings. Black Or White is and will always be perfect pop. Same for Remember The Time. I always found Baby Be Mine to be a little underrated; somewhat overlooked. Its an infectious uplifting joyful pop gem! @triumph1976 , yeah of course I LOVE Prince. Possibly the best I've ever seen live, and yes its all the 80's pop, dance, funk stuff that I Adore -see what I did there! Fave Prince albums are 1999, Lovesexy, Dirty Mind, Controversy, Parade, Batman -laugh you might- and Around The World In A Day. I'm not overly crazy about SOTT like most, I actually prefer the concert film version of most of the tracks. 90's faves are Diamond's and Pearls, Lovesign and The Gold Experience.

Yes I did, Adore is my favourite Prince song, that thing is just wow, the sexy lyrics, the deep vocals and the cascading vocal effects, it is just so cool. Batman has some great songs like Electric Chair and Scandalous, but Lemon Crush less so (It's his Childhood). The rest of those albums are dope, especially 1999 - hard to believe that came out the same time as Thriller and it blew up too, hardly on Thriller level, but sure that Thrill glow had some effect on it.
Agree with your comments about Baby be Mine, it is hard for such a song to poke it's head above 7 mega songs that were all huge hits and 1 of only 2 tracks not to be released as a single (BTW - Where is Lady in my life?) and on any other album Bbay be mine would be a stand out, but that album has Billie Jean, Thriller and Beat It so the limelight will have to shift.

Adore has to be one of the greatest songs ever written and recorded. It gives me goosebumps. You're putting me in a Prince mood now. Love all the ones mentioned from Batman! And 1999?! My favourite Prince album! The Lady In My Life is another great one that got away. I sort of regret not of including that one but its live and die by the sword I guess.

No The Way You Make Me Feel, no Bad, no Black Or White, and the biggest snub of all, Stranger In Moscow at #93! Michael serves his heart on a gold plattered plate; bares his soul; stands naked in front of us, and it gets placed below 2000 Watts! I have soft spot for Behind The Mask, I call it his George Michael track. Don't know why.
