I've done my back in. A piece of advice - don't stand up on your glass cooker top to fix your wonky cupboard door. Fell right through the glass, broke the oven and now bed-ridden with excruciating back spasms. Not my finest moment. I’m sorry to hear this. That poor oven. As others have said, a microwave, air fryer etc. |

The oven in my flat shat itself a good month ago and we ended up buying an air fryer while it was being repaired. Highly recommend it. It gets more use than the repaired oven now 😂 I'm not sure I even know what an air fryer is? Maybe they’re not common over there? They’ve exploded in popularity here. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_fryerI find them great for smaller things and/or frozen goods, in fact I used it tonight to whip up some spring rolls hah. They’re popular because they’re small and can be pretty quick, like they preheat faster than an oven for example (and sometimes you don’t even need to preheat tbh). Just a suggestion if you can’t get the oven working again for a bit  |

I only found out what they were like 2-3 years ago myself and with the recent popularity, I wasn’t sure how popular they were elsewhere (though reading that article I see they have been around a good bit longer than that). |

It just absolutely boggles the mind. For a country that is obnoxiously loud about how 'free' it is, they seem anything but.
They take away the rights of a woman to have control over her own body, claiming it's 'to save the lives of innocent children', yet when it comes to saving actual children from mass school shooting - the ONLY country in the world to have this problem - they twiddle their thumbs and say 'now is not the time for politics' and do jack shit. |
