it's is good that one of the lawyers withdrawn but sadly we are still getting Leaving Neverland 2. Don't get involved with Dan Reed and his team.

Wade and James asked to combine their cases for one trial, instead of two separate ones.

Wade and James asked to combine their cases for one trial, instead of two separate ones. Surely to God this won't be allowed. Although they've been granted every other liberty under the sun by the Californian kangaroo court system, so nothing would surprise me at this point.

I'm not sure if would be good or bad for us. Let's wait if the Estate objects to this at all.

It's a lot easier to poke holes in their stories individually than it would be grouped together, with them aligning their stories and backing eachother up with everything together in front of a jury.

Even if their cases were separated I'm pretty sure they'd show up at each other's trials to support each other as witnesses, so if "strength in numbers" is that would sway the jury that would be still there in separate trials.

Yeah, but I saw it a lot with non-fans reactions to LN. "Wade seems like a snake, but I believed James" or talk like that. I always felt like pointing out to these people, occam's razor suggests they're either both telling the truth or they're both lying. The odds of MJ being a serial pedo and molesting one of them but the other one completely making it up are very slim. If one of them is unbelievable, it should cast serious doubt on the other. They wouldn't be able to hide behind eachother in separate trials.

Honestly at this point I'm pretty sure they'll just get everything they ask for no matter how ridiculous.

I thought they had already asked for this in the past and it was refused? Or is it back to square one (pardon the pun)

Susan Yu was by the side of Tom Mesereau during the 2005 trial and she has now joined the Michael Jackson Estate defense team against the Robson & Safechuck lawsuit.
Yu and Mesereau did a phenomenal work in 2005 and having her back on this case is a huge asset to the Estate and the truth.
Welcome back Susan and glad to see you again. May the truth prevail!
