I never have gotten around to it. Can't believe you've never heard gems like Behind The Mask, Much Too Soon and Hollywood Tonight. You really need to listen to those songs, they're excellent. I always remember there being so many complaints about the album as a whole, that I just never gave it a chance. Is it really Michael on all 3 of those tracks? If so, I'll check them out. |

Only tracks that aren't Michael are Breaking News, Keep Your Head Up and Monster. The rest are legit MJ songs. |

If you like Behind the Mask, you should check out the original version by Yellow Magic Orchestra. That's a great version too  |

Don't get me wrong, the VMAs performance is absolutely incredible but I think it suited Dangerous better to leave it as the song is like MJ performed it at the AMAs in 1993 and the second leg of the tour. I didn't like he replaced these dance moves at 1:20 which are so cool for the cigarette stunt borrowed from Smooth Criminal. A matter of preference, I guess. |

Like you, I actually prefer the AMA version to the one I linked. I use the Wetten Dass performance in an audio playlist as I think the sound is better. That and I love hearing the crowd go wild.  |

There are some gems on that album that have unfortunately been buried due to the controversy. Whilst I have my complaints about the album this is still unfortunate.
