I am actually laughing to myself about how ridiculous their interviews are. I mean, are people really buying this shit?!
In a way, it’s a good thing if they keep talking because it will become increasingly obvious to people how full of shit they both are.

Just more nonsense in those two interviews linked on the prior page. Wade still on with the whole 'MJ threatened we'd go to jail' nonsense. Thankfully the judge saw through that laughable claim. There really is no defending this claim whatsoever. MJ was famous, he was accused of molestation in 1993 and Jordan didn't go to prison and nor did Gavin. With all the vast media coverage you also never saw anyboy say 'the child could go to prison in this case as well'.

The way the whole family treated his father. MJ's fault. Claiming abuse is really the ace these days. You can blame just about anything on it. If Wade was gay it would be used as evidence of abuse. If he's a womanizing, cheating bastard - it's evidence of abuse. Nevermind that in his depo he was asked if the fear of being labeled gay played a part in his not coming forward and he said it did not as he did not have any shame or any perspective about it until 2012. But now he was suddenly a womanizer to prove himself not gay. Even if until 2012 he thought it was all loving, normal and not wrong or shameful. All over the place with these stories. In Safechuck's case he doesn't seem to have any extra sexually, so he goes with an "I have a bit more anxiety in forming intimate relationships" angle to claim something. Oh and claiming to have wondered if he was gay. But if he had girlfriends while the alleged abuse was still ongoing, I would say he would have figured it out pretty quickly he wasn't. Do you have the relevant portions of his deposition for this? Would be another thing to use in public counter arguments. Will post it later. I'm on my phone now.

The pair talking more about the fear of being gay just shows even more BS. This documentary seemingly shows both men in love with MJ. I think Reed even described the relationship between MJ and Wade as 'sexually fulfilling'. Both claim they enjoyed it, yet Safechuck claims as he got older he didn't struggle or question if he was gay. Wade wants to blame his womanising as part of proving to himself he wasn't gay, but his blog post titled 'Be A Man' never referenced MJ and instead spoke about the messaging he'd received about being a man. Both should either be bisexual or at least bicurious.

Interested in reading it. When Wade first made his allegations, I ignored it thinking it would be dismissed and that would be that. Only in the last while am I catching up.

I didn't cite another thing the judge said given it wasn't relevant to the claim in the interview, but he also said Wade knew in June 2009 it was wrong for a minor and an adult to have a relationship. As Wade claimed he 'didn't realise' it was sexual abuse. Edit: PG, give this a read. An excellent document by respect77 that details Wade's case - themichaeljacksonallegationsblog.files.wordpress.com/2018/07/the-wade-robson-allegations-ebook-format-v2-0.pdf

I have to say, the recent Jussie Smollett debacle has really opened my eyes about the lengths people will go to for attention and money. According to the police, his motive in faking his own attack was to get a raise from 20th Century Fox. This guy wept on national television and staged a whole physical assault/hate crime, which just beggars belief. I used to find it hard to comprehend how Wade/James could lie about the abuse and put themselves out there and their name and reputations on the line, but I guess Jussie goes to prove that people in the public eye can be just as shameless and immoral as any street criminal.

But then in a 2018 blog post he contradicted this.
He was specifically asked in his depo of the fear of being labelled gay played a part in his silence. But he then was on the version of his story where he didn't realize until 2012 he was abused/it was wrong so he didn't feel any shame about it until 2012 and didn't have any perspective on it.

Wow. Has this just happened? Not sure how I feel. It's good but looks like silencing.

I'm so pleased The Estate are filing a lawsuit....and whoever found that clause is a freakin' genius. Who'd have thought of looking through the Bucharest contract?? 😁

If this got pulled by HBO, would Channel 4 have to follow suit or would they still show it?

I am not sure if it is going to get pulled or not. Even if HBO temporarily pulls it (I find it unlikely), it will probably still air on the other channels. Although I read in France it got delayed too. And Brazil won't air it.
But even if it just making HBO pay and regret it very much at the end, I am all for it.
The trailer now has over 9000 dislikes LOL.
