This article really pissed me off: www.independent.co.uk/voices/judi-dench-kevin-spacey-harvey-weinstein-sex-abuse-allegations-metoo-a8973966.htmlThis woman lumps MJ in with Weinstein and Spacey and basically says that we shouldn't be mourning the effect abuse allegations have on how their creative works are perceived and should be more concerned about the mental health of their victims. She attempts to explain why MeToo is a complicated movement, and yet fails to recognize or even acknowledge that there may be another side to the story. Another moron pushing the believe-all-accusers agenda, whilst completely ignoring all the valid factual inconsistencies that exist in the MJ case. That’s utterly preposterous of her to say, much less think. What of examining the devastating effects false allegations can have? Especially on those who are falsely accused of such crimes, along with their families? Never mind how their creative output is affected, stifled, or perceived. Even though other crimes (murder, theft, etc) aren’t treated in the same manner (“believe all accusers no matter what” “explain everything away with trauma”) because they are not regarded with the same degree of severity, that’s no excuse not to investigate claims of sexual abuse. It doesn’t even take much research to dispel the claims of abuse in LN. Wade’s own mother contradicts his testimony, going by her sworn statements from 1993, 2005, and 2016 (confirming that the whole family went to the Grand Canyon back in 1990, and also confirming that Michael was hardly ever around when the Robson family was at Neverland, and that Wade was never alone with Michael before 1993, among other things). And James’ claims are pretty ludicrous and nonsensical as well. Michael abused him at locations all over Neverland (including a train station from the future), where sixty to one hundred workers were employed, where anyone could have seen them in broad daylight (and where somehow, the Neverland five managed to catch MJ supposedly abusing James and Wade where everyone else was averted by the alarms and bells)? Among other things. This is all said with no disrespect to actual victims of sexual abuse. But it’s more about the principle than anything else. A false allegation will ruin lives, and no one deserves to be subjected to any such thing. I really abhor the public perception about how the depiction of MJ as a “child molester” is “new” and how these “claims” of “abuse” are new. Uh, no. They are NOT. James and Wade filed their lawsuits claiming abuse over half a decade ago, and MJ had been combating this type of allegation since 1993, long before he passed. None of this is new. MJ, even in death, has just been dragged into something he (or anyone who’s falsely accused, for that matter) has no place in, and for what? All because he didn’t stroke Wade’s and Jame’s oversized ego enough? All because their families hadn’t siphoned enough of his money? Or were too many just red in the face when the “not guilty” verdict came to pass on that fateful day, in 2005?

This is not just about Michael Jackson. The presumption of Innocence and beyond all reasonable doubt exists to protect everyone from false allegations. Wherever possible, we must make a stand for this cornerstone of democracy! / A lot of "no smoke without fire" comments on this Cliff Richard article. Ridiculous.

Yes, this sort of shit happens www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-48836786Sante Fe school shooting teacher's story revealed as hoaxA man who claimed to be a substitute teacher and survivor of a school shooting in Texas in 2018 never actually worked at the school, officials say. David Briscoe told news outlets he had protected students from harm while working at Santa Fe High School, where 10 people were killed. The Texas Tribune revealed the truth behind his false claims on Monday. But not before CNN, Wall Street Journal and others had published his lies. Mr Briscoe told CNN at the time he had been teaching English when he heard screaming and gunshots. He said he had barricaded his classroom door with tables and desks, turned off the lights and telling his students to get down. "It felt like hours before we got out of the school, but one of my students said it was 30 to 45 minutes," Mr Briscoe told the news outlet. "I had around 10 to 15 students and I'm grateful they were safe." On Monday, Texas Tribune journalist Alexandra Samuels revealed Mr Briscoe had contacted her in April 2019 to do a follow-up piece in light of recent suicides by mass shooting survivors. She says she spoke to him on the phone for 31 minutes, during which he claimed to have "quit teaching after the massacre" and had become depressed. He said "just knowing that there's blood on the walls" meant he could not go back to the school. The "insane story" roused her suspicions and the journalist contacted the local school board who confirmed no one of his name had ever worked in the district. "We are extremely disappointed that an individual that has never been a part of our school community would represent themselves as a survivor of the mass violence tragedy that our community endured," Santa Fe ISD Superintendent Leigh Wall said in a statement. "This situation illustrates how easily misinformation can be created and circulated, especially when the amount of detailed information available is limited due to the still ongoing investigation." A student is in custody facing murder charges for the killing of eight other students and two teachers in the May 2018 attack, the fourth deadliest shooting at a US school in history. The Texas Tribune reports that public records show Mr Briscoe's only home address is registered in Florida. Some original stories that included his accounts have been corrected by outlets since the allegations emerged on Monday. After tweeting about the shooting at the time, the account @daviddbriscoe was approached by the BBC. Mr Briscoe claimed in a private Twitter message to have been a teacher at the school who had got scared and had left the scene. The BBC did not pursue him further or use any of his quotes in their coverage. Social media handles registered to his name have now been deactivated or had their names changed

Once again this show that once you are accused of this there's no way back. The stigma remains forever. Acquittal, lack of evidence etc doesn't matter.

There was a guy making similar comments during the 2005 trial. He was going on about how Michael should be tortured on live TV by Janet Arvizo, and then got super defensive, accusatory, and twisted a person's words when questioned. vindicatemj.wordpress.com/2014/06/07/film-dana-gedrick-barry-shaw/ - Scroll down to the "Santa Maria Courthouse" section. Wonder if this guy is on Twitter and still sprouting off the same old shit...

Here we go. NAMBLA using LN in their quest to normalize pedophilia. Who didn't see it coming?
I hope Reed, Safechuck and Robson are happy to have contributed to this with their Gutierrez-inspired tales.

I told you about the new California bill that would change the game for Robson and Safehcuck's lawsuit if passed in this form. Look what I found what is among the lobby groups pushing it.
They are bending over backwards, lobby for law changes so that they can more easily sue companies their alleged "abuse" had nothing to do with, yet people buy this notion this isn't about money.
I googled this Leaving Neverland Support Network and found nothing. Probably just something Finaldi, Robson and Safechuck set up for lobby purposes.
