It'd be a good thing if it goes to trial. There are more holes in their claims than in a Swiss cheese, I can't wait to see the motherfuckers' credibility being shredded to pieces and it'd be even more incredible if their cross examinations are recorded! I don't think it is a good thing. MJ is going to get dragged through the mud again. No one will care about their lies, it is going to be excused as TrAuMa. We have already seen that. This is all utterly unfair. To put a dead man on trial, who is not even here to defend himself.

While it would be nice to have their shit exposed in court, we all know the media won't play nice here and it's just going to be 2005 all over again. It's really sad how there's never any peace being an MJ fan. It feels like we're going to be fighting for him until we all die and I hate it. I hate that all this bullshit has to happen.

This is all utterly unfair. To put a dead man on trial, who is not even here to defend himself. His name will go through shit again, but this case now is about proving MJs companies can be held responsible isn't it? The shocking disgusting descriptions in LN are what sent most shockwaves after LN, followed close by the effort of "grooming". They are now going to be in a position where everything they've said publicly can and will be brought up to them and they will have to explain, expand or admit that it may not be correct. After the absolute shit storm that was LN, and despite how awful this will be for MJs name again, at least this is giving his name a chance to defend itself by the people who can defend it best. They have a serious uphill battle because now they need to A. Keep consistent with LN and subsequent interviews etc. and B. Ensure that all of this can somehow be traced back to the companies and how the companies could stop it. We'll see what happens, but I think that TMZ video yesterday was very telling "will you donate the money to a charity". Ive never seen that put to an abuse victim before. I think this is the only way that these 2 fucks can be challenged.

Holy crap, Wade Robson does not look well at all. He looks famished and he looks as though he needs the money that’s going “to charity”. He and his family, to the best of my knowledge, are in financial straits and they have great incentive to partake in all this. Similarly, the Safechucks, having been sued for $24 million and what not, also have financial stake and motive to stick this out. So, yes - the trAumA of finAnciAl deBt and triUmpH.
I fear it will be worse than 2005 (assuming they try to pitch the “MJ was too powerful for his companies to control” argument). This is a stark climate (#metoo and #timesup), we live in #cancelculture now, and all that combined means opposing and/or critical opinions are essentially disallowed in today’s media (which is already anti-MJ). And MJ is no longer here to defend himself. In the US (and in the UK), as is well known, no sufficient defamatory laws exist to protect the deceased from libel and slander, so in a civil trial, hearsay is allowed - anything goes. They only need to half convince most of the jurors, by way of “good acting” (IE, Leaving Neverland), to win the lawsuit (compared to the 2005 criminal trial, where the Arvizos and the prosecution had to convince most of the twelve jurors and the judge of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt - not a chance). Then again, MJ won the wrongful termination civil lawsuit against the Neverland Five but this is a different era with new laws in place, so I’m uncertain as to what’s going to transpire. I can relate to the unshakable feeling that this may never end, at least not in the foreseeable future. Those “relatable and relevant” shits may end up getting their way ($$$$$$$) after all, but I certainly hope not.

Thats a completely different animal again. I cant see how this could be anywhere near 2005. At worst, it will be a HD updated rehash of the statements of LN. They need to play safe. Their statements are out there. You cant reshoot a testimony!

Plus, it has shown that most people simply do not find it that interesting. I doubt a rehash of their story in a court of law will get all that much attention.

I cant remember the last time I heard a negative MJ story in real life

The content doesn't really matter.

You're saying things won't be bad, they will be. You said "you dont see how that matters at all" when I was talking about the legal proceedings so what was I to think!? Of course it'll be bad, but it will not be as bad as 2005 or earlier this year. I've no reason to feel hopeless about this. I'd rather their cases be heard for what they are rather than thrown out on technicalities. I'm only thinking of the endgame, and the shite is just something to go through to get to where everything will be in its right place. Thats what I think

Them going to court again just gives them another chance to spew bullshit, and with all the attention Leaving Neverland receives there’s going to be more eyes on them than ever. The general public don’t follow the details enough to be able to pick apart the details and I don’t trust the media in the slightest to point them out. We got lucky with the train station story getting as big as it did back in March, especially because it’s one of the most straight forward contradictions there is, but many others were left unreported by the media. If it does result in being an absolute train wreck for those two liars, then I’ll gladly take back what I said here but currently all I see is Michael’s name being dragged through the mud in headlines all over the world again.
