I have a question. I don't usually condone violence, but if you could smack one of these two dipshits in the face, which one would it be? For me, I'd have to go with James. As psychotic as I believe Wade to be, there's something about James's faux doe-eyed, butter-wouldnt-melt act that makes me wanna rip his small intestine out his mouth and rip his large intestine out his butt, and use him as a skipping rope. Difficult question. Can't we punch both?

Reed also said the 'series of letters' (referring to the Estate) had 'contain nothing at all of concern'. Nothing at all of concern? Then why does LN’s running time become shorter and shorter each and every time an inconsistency or flaw is noted, with the trimmed footage featuring said inconsistencies? Why do Wade and James tell a drastically different story of abuse in their lawsuits compared to what’s shown in LN? Why did the people who supposedly corroborate their claims either perjure themselves on multiple occasions, retract their statements later on, or sell their stories to the tabloids for many thousands of dollars, among many other issues? The only person looking the other way is Dan Reed, whenever someone rightfully tells him his movie isn’t the masterful or truthful labor of “love” he purports it to be, no matter how many nominations or awards it’s allowed in the giant, self-congratulatory, politically correct circle jerk this industry has become.

So does anyone recollect that “International Documentary Award” LN was nominated for? Yeah. It “won”. This is the fourth award in a row LN has “won” (otherwise, one TCA award, one emmy, and one “content innovation award”). As you may already know, it’s been nominated for yet another award, the result of which will be heard on January 28th of next year, at the national television awards. And it’s being held at the O2. That’s where the This Is It concerts were supposed to take place, a decade earlier no less. Go figure. ...No surprise it did, as HBO “supports” or “sponsors” the IDA awards ceremony, as seen on the IDA website (right hand side, “support provided by” section). Surviving R. Kelly was also nominated (in the same category as LN, best multi-part documentary), but did not win. It should have. The “Apollo Theater” film was nominated for best music documentary, but thankfully it didn’t win (Beyoncé’s Homecoming did), as it tried to erase Michael Jackson and The Jackson 5 from music history. I know it’s probably imprudent, unnecessary, and hypocritical of me to bring this up, especially when I declared that it doesn’t matter how many awards or nominations LN receives in my last post. But it bothers me that months after over five dozen issues have been revealed with this joke of a movie, the mass media, news channels, “critics”, most blue ticks, and most “journalists” refuse to cover such. Instead they choose to pretend LN has no issues and salivate at the prospect of cementing LN as some sort of “award winning” “masterpiece”, equating it as the “final” word on MJ, a man they actually know next to nothing about. On the bright side, a new, revised, polished version of Square One should be coming to Amazon Prime in January.

This. If not for this thread, I would have never heard about this. It has what? 49 "likes" and 16 retweets. It will hardly "cement" LN as anything. Who cares about these no name award shows by no name organizations that kiss the ass of their own financial supporters? The biggest was the Emmys and even that didn't really interest the general public. The general public was more interested in the main categories, Game of Thrones and co., not the freaking documentary Emmys which weren't even held together with the main ceremony. The only people following the award nominations of LN through every insignificant award organization are MJ fans.

Never heard of IDA anyway. And Respect is 100% correct. The only people speaking about LN nominations are fans. As Respect said, it won an Emmy and outside of the fans posting every 3 seconds about it, I never would have known.

If it wasn't for this thread I'm not sure I'd know Safechuck even existed.
