I looked it up. He says this in his declaration:
But in his complaint it is:
Probably the latter is true.

I don't think they will pull it and frankly I don't think that should be the goal, because then people will whine about how "victims" are silenced by powerful people. What could be a solution perhaps that they (and also other channels who air it) agree to also air a rebuttal documentary in tandem with it. But for that the Estate/Taj would need time. So if we win time with this to put together a rebuttal then that is already better than nothing. I don't know, it depends on how they'd present the decision to pull it. If what Friedman says is true and they're worried because they realize the documentary simply does not reach the journalistic standards they have set for themselves, then them pulling it may not be a problem as long as they explain this in a press release (and they could feel pressured to do so, because they want to avoid accusations of 'silencing victims'). But if they quietly pull it, or claim it's out of fear for legal consequences, then this will undoubtedly stir up some controversy. Even then, I think the documentary simply not airing may be the best outcome. Unless the Estate/Taj have some sort of rebuttal ready and could negotiate airtime for it, then it may be a case of the fewer people seeing this, the better. Some outrage on Twitter is still better than millions of people watching it.

I doubt HBO willl basically say we were dupped.they will want to save face. You're probably right. But how would they be able to save face here if they pull the doco? I mean, what could they say?

I think even if HBO may decide it does not meet their journalistic standards (and I doubt they will after comissioning and fincancing it), it will probably picked up by other channels. Channel 4 probably do not have any qualms about journalistic standards either. So I think, either way, it will air. So I think the best the Estate can do is to have it delayed (preferably on every channel, not just HBO), until they can prepare a rebuttal and then require to have the rebuttal aired in tandem with Leaving Neverland.

Well, he had some comments years ago..., but now, he knows he was wrong..., you know people are changing, some are ex-fans, some are evolving... Let him be a super defender than anything else. We need media people like him. It really wasn't that long ago Thompson was claiming Michael's nose fell off. Amongst other things. I wasn't aware of that one but I don't like to listen to him that often. Despite being right about the scumbags of the media and the allegations, he constantly blames and criticizes MJ even though he was unfairly treated by the media and the law enforcement. And he's too patronizing telling people how to be proper fans, who does he think he is?

The only possible way I could see this being pulled by either HBO or Channel 4 is if the Estate and their legal team present hard facts to the execs at these tv companies, showing the lies and uncovering their bogus lawsuits. There’s no other scenario I could see them doing so. It will be a ratings hit for both channels unfortunately. Let’s hope there’s some truth to the story. Would prob be much harder for them to get Channel 4 to pull it though.

Apparently Channel4 has such a rule:
So maybe the Estate will try to have them wait until they can prepare an answer.

Tom Mesereau destroying the serial Neverland 5 perjurers.
As for Jordan, I don't understand what impides him to tell the truth. Michael is dead for what his parents and Jordan did to him. Their disgusting lies were the beginning of the end, making more leeches trying to get money from him accusing him of child molestation.

I hope the estate can gain more time to prepare a concise rebuttal. Dan Reed's mockumentary was done without anyone knowing about it on purpose to not giving the estate much time to properly defend Michael with a rebuttal.
