'Unprecedented grave threat': Kim Jong-un launches new North Korean ballistic missile which flies over panicked Japan as citizens are warned to 'evacuate to a sturdy building or basement'
North Korea has fired a ballistic missile over northern Japan today in the most serious escalation yet of its nuclear stand-off with the West.
Millions of Japanese citizens were woken with texts urging them to move to a 'sturdy building or basement' as the missile passed over its territory at around 6am local time.
The Japanese military did not attempt to shoot down the rocket, which broke into three pieces off the coast of Hokkaido and landed in the Pacific Ocean, around 700 miles east of Cape Erimo, after travelling 1,700m in eight minutes.
Dictator Kim Jong-Un is believed to have fired his rocket over Japan because it is the path towards the US Pacific territory of Guam, which he threatened to attack two weeks ago.
Japan's chief government spokesman, Yoshihide Suga, said that the missile posed an 'unprecedented, serious and grave threat to our nation', while prime minister Shinzo Abe said that he would do all in his power to protect the Japanese public.
Donald Trump has promised 'fire and fury like the world has never seen' if North Korea continued to test missiles and told Mr Abe today he stands '100 per cent behind Japan'.
Dictator Kim Jong-Un ignored the US president's warning and fired the rocket from a region near the capital Pyongyang over Japan - the first time North Korea has done this since 2009.
Within hours South Korea dropped eight Mark 84 bombs with four F15K fighter jets at a shooting range close to their shared border near Taebaek in a show of 'overwhelming' force.

The man is a loon.
I've been reading enough about North Korea lately that I'm probably already on a government watch list.

He wants war, that is certain. I think he is bluffing and North Korea may soon be free of this family of self obsessed megalomaniacs. Dynastical dictatorships never last, look at Bashar Al Assad, Baby Doc, Hafiz Bourgibba (Tunisia) and the Kabila's in Congo.

He should be careful because China said if North Korea attacks first they won't support them. And then they will be destroyed by the Americans, South Koreans and/or Japanese.

I've read a book about some of the craziness that happens in North Korea..from civilians who "escaped."
It's hard to believe that such a place can exists in this day and age - internet is restricted (probably to stop people wising up to how badly they're treated), people have to pledge allegiance to Jong-Un to the point of even bowing to statues, neighbours report on each other, there are even "camps" where people are beaten and mistreated for wanting to leave North Korea. It's bloody scary. How is this going on??

At school we were told how to deal with stuff like this.
We did it in Korea Advice.

Why is Kim Jong Un so fat?
Because he doesn't have a Seoul.
(Fat people do not have souls).

But bringing this back down to earth....
The man is a complete meglomaniac nutter. Total little man syndrome. But one with immense power & wealth that could easily kill us all.
That being said, I wonder what I'm having for tea...
