In 1977 the Jackson brothers had Muhammad Ali as a special guest on the third episode of their variety show The Jacksons.
Michael Jackson was then 18 years old was face to face with the greatest boxer of all time showing 'his moves':
Michael asked Ali, "Do you think I can float like a butterfly and sting like the bee?" while throwing a flurry of punches toward Ali and even doing dance moves.
Ali responds about how Michael would need to eat more grits to gain muscle mass before his punches.
Little did we know that this parody on the variety show would turn out to be very symbolic, measuring the greatness of the rest of the story. Both Ali and Michael Jackson went on to prove that they were the greatest of all time, for what they were put to earth.

The late Billie Jean hitmaker remains a controversial figure in the music industry, having been tried and acquitted of child sexual abuse allegations and other charges in 2005, and accused of child sexual abuse by Wade Robson and James Safechuck in 2019 documentary, Leaving Neverland. ''The American Music Awards ended around 9 or 10 pm, and I had to go straight to a recording studio in Los Angeles to record the video for "We Are the World" for usa for Africa. I was upset because I couldn't break up the artwork I did on my hair, a mixture of orange and yellow paint.
Quincy Jones, the producer, told everyone to leave their egos at the door, and everyone did it. I wanted to get mixed up, and meet everyone there. I said hello to Michael Jackson but he wasn't much of a chat [...]
Then the Grammys came the next month. I've been nominated for seven of them. Janet Perr won Best Art Direction and I won Best New Artist. I was so embarrassed because the year before, Michael Jackson won everything -- there are pictures of him carrying a lot of Grammys -- and I think the record company people expected me to do the same. But imagine you, I was competing with big names in music: Springsteen, Prince, Tina Turner and Lionel Richie. I was a little girl in their midst. "Time After Time" was nominated for Best Song of the Year and Phil Collings won with "Against All Odds" [...] If you listen to the song "She Bop" by theend, you'll hear that Michael Jackson took the bass line and put it in "Bad".
Just before entering to record "Bad", he sat behind me on a plane with Emmanuel Lewis and was listening to "She Bop". I was very flattered that he did it. I confess, I don't know what his private life was like, but he's always been kind to me.''

The song ''Get On The Floor'' [from the album Off The Wall''] was originally written by Louis Johnson of brothers johnson for his album, Light Up The Night. Johnson eventually decided to redo the song with Michael Jackson.
"I was leaving the studio, got in the car and played'Get On The Floor' already imagining that It would be on the Brothers Johnson album. And then before he left, Michael walked to the car and said,
"Hey, that's cool!" What music is that?"
And I said to him, "I wrote a little before I came here."
He said, "Can I record?"
And I said, "yes."
So we went back to the studio and talked about quincy who was amazed. Then we went to the studio to record "Get On The Floor". We recorded with all of Michael's musicians, drummer and vocals. We've been working on it all day. We almost finished in a day, anyway, the whole rhythm section was ready and then Quincy added his touch. Initially, when I wrote the instrumental demo version of the track, I played all the instruments, it was ultra funky but very unusual in funkadelic style. The recorded version for the album Off The Wall was adapted. Michael added lyrics and melody and I brought the funk!''
