This is a difficult one as I genuinely think the 5 new tracks on BOTD are his best work of the 90s.
I picked Ghosts, but I could've easily picked any of the other four on a different day.

"Blood On The Dance Floor" the title track is truly a great piece of work. I can listen on repeat and seriously love the flow, rhythm, pump, the vocal interpretation - it just makes you sweat.
Oh, and you can dance to it like a poppin, flow jazz shufflin machine.
I requested it once at a gay club and usually MJ songs aren't floor fillers in the gay clubs, but BOTD got everyone dancing!

I love the title track for its catchyness, Morphine for its brutal honesty, but I picked Is It Scary for the lyrics.

I love the title track for its catchyness, Morphine for its brutal honesty, but I picked Is It Scary for the lyrics. The fact you mentioned these three tracks and still didn't mention the brilliant Ghosts goes to show the level of quality MJ was working at back then. In truth, 4 of the 5 new tracks on BOTD could easily rank amongst his best work.
