Which remixes do you prefer?
I actually quite like Akon's WBSS lately, and I always liked TGIM 2008 and PYT 2008 was pretty well done. Billie Jean 2008 was very disappointing though considering Kanye was coming hot off Graduation.
I wish Beat It 2008 died.

You can never give me shit for my Invincible loving again!!! Most of the remixes are dogshit, TGIM is serviceable - it's quite nice to hear a version without Paul, as I always found his performance on TGIM an example of the worst kind of McCartney saccharine. The remixes of Bad are actually quite fun. Speed Demon is a bit crap though.

I hate dubstepping.

WBSS 08 gets lots of extra points because it features MJ vocals from 07 on it. Speed Demon Nero mix is pretty awesome as well. Of course the ideal is that Sony got their way and there were no remixes on either release.

The only good Thriller 25 remix is Kanye Wests, and even that suffers because it's missing any vocal contributions from him (Honestly I would've killed for an MJ x Kanye collab, especially at Kanye's peak).
Bad 25 is the easy winner IMO, I like the Afrojack remix and (especially) the Nero remix of Speed Demon, which is just fantastic and still sees plays from me. Unfortunately, the shortened Afrojack remix does feature Pitbull, so I never play that, but it's easy to ignore since the same remix without him (albeit longer) is two tracks later.

I actually especially love MJ's backing vocals on the "wish I could tell you what I saw" part of Akon's remix/update.
