It'd be great if such footage showing their contradictions and inconsistencies exist indeed but who knows they deleted it. I hope it still exists of course.

I am not sure. It's been five years since this damn documentary was released and no one in the public and medias has pointed out the countless inconsistencies until today. People are blind.

Some fans, not respecting the man, are waiting for releases but these are selfish because they don't think about the reputation of the human... I don't see why the Estate should please these fans when Michael's reputation should be restored even before his career. Well, the Estate hasn't really given us any reason to trust their handling of his reputation, be it his artistic or personal one.

For the general public, ok but fans don't just go to the Estate to get to know Michael.

Well well well. Once again, actions speak louder than words with these two. I bet Dan Reed will conveniently omit this little nugget in his next hitpiece.

Thread about the "Complex Civil Case Questionnaire" filed this week by Tom Mesereau.
Two interesting tidbits. According to this, depending on what comes out in discovery, MJ's side may still seek dismissal without trial or at least dismissal of parts of the case:
Also, MJ's size emphasizes what should be litigated here is company liability, not direct claims against MJ, since he is dead. So the trial should also be narrowed down to that. I still can't get my head around how that's possible in practice - and one of the reasons why I think the appeal court's decision is actually scandalous.

And then he says a lot of MJ's music is not that good. So which one is it? If the music ain't that good, then he can't argue that we're all blinded by our love of his music... Not the sharpest knife in the rack is he?

Okay so this new lawyer isn't really an upgrade from Finaldi's unprofessionalism. All he does since he took over is whining about the biopic and the musical. To the point of going to watch the musical. What did he expect to see there that would help his case? LOL. Is this going to be his line of argument in court?

Sounds like a waste of company resources to me. A night out seeing a Broadway show? I wonder how many times he'll go and watch the biopic "for the case" and whether he charges the firm for his popcorn? Ridiculous.

Yeah, going to watch the musical "just for research purposes" is dumb af. It's almost like that's just an excuse and he's starting to go down the same path so many other haters and guilters went down before, ie. that they develop a weird negative obsession with MJ that includes being fascinated with anything MJ. Like Diane Dimond buying MJ memorabilia and hanging it prominently on her wall, you know. No one in MJ's camp brought up MJ's music or fame as why he's not guilty but this guy can't stop going on about the biopic, the musical, his music, his popularity. Projecting much?

How bizarre. If hes doing research he needs to hire new investigators/researchers at his practice. But its good to see the new lawyer is as unprofessional as the previous!

Meanwhile Dan Reed.
From Reed's article:
My god, this guy is dumb af. How does this even make sense? If you don't believe his accusers then you don't believe he's a pedophile.
And didn't they claim they don't care if MJ is cancelled or not? I guess that was another lie because now they are now foaming from their mouth that he's not.
