It's so good man, it's hilarious to me that they messed up the release and caused someone to leak it. Clown band! First listen I didn't know what to think. I liked it on the second listen, especially The General. I think I'm going to try and wait until its out in better quality before listening further. I just hope they release it on streaming. |

My ratings per song: Monsters - 4 out of 10 The General - minus 7 out of 10 I would listen to Creed's Greatest Hits on repeat before ever hitting play on that again. |

The General rates just below 2000 Watts and Monsters rated a half a point above 2000 Watts. Ha, I'm surprised you hate it so much... perhaps you're less receptive to it seeing as you don't have a lot of goodwill towards the band these days?? I heard it twice and liked the sound of it, but am going to wait until it's out in better quality before giving my final judgement. To me, it sounded as if it was one long suite, two different compositions, meant to be heard together to tell a narrative. We'll see if I'm right or not when it gets its official release, as some fans swear blind on mygnr that the songs are two completely separate tracks. Either way, there's a lot to unpack musically with this one - it certainly deserves more than a solitary listen to judge fairly imho. |
