Robson and Safechuck especially. I don't know if the U.S has public mischief charges but in Canada we do. Technically it's lying about something a person did that is serious enough to bring charges against them (usually sexual assault or another criminal act). This is known as public mischief.
Robson and Safechuck have had their lawsuits thrown out multiple times even since the documentary. This is not looking good for their validity. They've done irreparable harm to Jackson's reputation and terrorized his family (daughter attempted suicide after the documentary).
I wonder what can be done?
It's a posthumous attack but it won't stop unless they're punished appropriately. Once they realize there are consequences for their behavior you will see a change in tune.
Also as for the Arvizo's. I know the case is well over. But Tom Messereau did tell them off at the end of the trial based on transcripts for trying to pull off the biggest scam of their 'careers'. This was after the verdict was read. I'm honestly surprised they face no legal consequences for lying? That to me is shocking. They will never face any consequence but it's simply a shock they just got to walk away. Michael's life was destroyed after dealing with them. He even went homeless for a while with his children and lived in fear of constant death threats according to his body guards dud to the public thinking "he got away with a molestation crime".
