My favourite is Scream, such a powerful statement.

I voted for DSTYGE.
It's the only one which is the best song on its respective album.

Difficult one, as none of those are the best songs on their albums by a long shot, although I like them all.
I've plumped for Scream as that's so strong, amazing video too.

'Don't Stop Til You Get Enough' was Michael's rebirth as a solo artist. That squeal during the opening was like his emancipation! Of course, I can never listen to that song without visualising the video - which was his first. It was quite advance for its time. With Michael replicating and dancing with himself. The marble and ice backdrops perfectly capture the mental imagery of the percussion. Which sounds like a toy workshop towards the fade! It all set the tone for what was to come with the 'Off The Wall' album.

I am just not a big fan of Black or White or Scream. Black or white is ruined by all the talking and kiddie pap at the start, can't they just get rid of that and start with the song. Scream is alright, but gives me a migraine.
My favourite on that list is Don't Stop Til you get enough, seemless dance and his smooth vocals, and so dancable and funky after 40 years makes it creamy in my opinion. It is the song that launched a superstar, and a way to open your chart account when you are transitioning from a kiddie star to an accomplished adult vocalist, it was the major step towards the icon he became.
Up there too, is You Rock my world, incredible beat and melody and Michael's smooth Invincible era vocals are all over it. This is a great song and Chris Tucker prattling on is much better than Macauley Culkin (Or whoever it is) and the fat guy from Cheers.
The Girl is mine is not that bad, Michael sounds great and it has a pleasing meoldy. I can't stop loving you is a beautiful ballad and I really like it too, still Bad would have been a better first off cut followed by my favoruite MJ song and 3rd single/#1 smash - The way you make me feel, and then they should have put out ICSTLY as a 3rd single (Not that it mattered, they were all #1 hits).
Blood on the Dancefloor is a great song too, but not really epic.

Dont stop til you get enough is just perfect, such feel-good song and so musically brilliant, even after 40 years.

It's a toss up for me, first would probably be scream, you can't ignore the stuff surrounding that song and how hard he came back with this track, looking cool as all hell at the same time.
I'd also say Black Or White. This song with the accompanying video and he came back looking cool AF (something he seemed to never fail at) and with a nice jam.
