He always came across to me like an arrogant asshole but not to that extreme wondering why Michael liked him.
If he's guilty and the stute of limitations hasn't passed, he must pay in the court of law.

That's no reason to drag Michael into this since they were friends for a few years only. They stopped being friends after 2003.

Well, it's not boys or men he allegedly harressed but women, so they won't drag MJ into it. When I heard the story I was like "I'm "glad" at least it's not boys/men because otherwise the media would find a way to drag MJ into it somehow through their friendship."
(Of course, I'm not glad if anyone at all was sexually harrassed.)

Didn't Brett Ratner tell this incredibly stupid story how MJ got him in a car at 3. a.m and they threw water balloons at a homeless person?
Lost all respect for him there, I mean he admitted later on that he totally exaggerated the story to make it more 'funny' but this is NOT a nice story and it made MJ look like a total asshole. Of course Howard Stern couldn't wait to call MJ a despicable human being right after.
But I didn't know that he refused to defend MJ in trial. It really is ironic.
