People are saying the last few seconds hint it transitioning into a banger. Certainly like where it's going in the last few seconds. You have to admire his introspection and self-awareness on this song too, it's incredibly honest.

It's not my favourite Eminem song but I feel it'd make a great introduction to an album.

He definitely has not acknowledged it to this extent before. It's better to acknowledge it and try to get better than to just keep releasing sub par stuff. It's being honest with his fans as well. I'm guessing you didn't listen to the song haha. He says in it he always thinks it's great when he's making then afterwards realises that he's disappointed with it.
