I'd have to say this top one is my all time favourite duet:

It’s this for me. My two most favourite artists come together for one fantastic pop song, topped off with a highly entertaining music video that keeps you coming back

I probably should of added that and MJ's other duets as they do rank among my favourites. With this being the Non-MJ section I didn't, but his duets should be included in this thread.
This gets a lot of flack, but I absolutely love it:
Also love MJ and Jagger's voice on this:
I think the remake is decent, but the original cannot be beaten. Two phenomenal vocalists together:

Beyoncé and Lady Gaga's "Telephone" was both a brilliant song and an equally brilliant music video.

Nick Cave and Kylie Minogue "Where The Wild Roses Grow" was everything a duet should be. Two people from completely different musical worlds, coming together to create something that neither would be able to do by themselves. It was a stroke of genius on Nick Cave's part to seek out Kylie as the main protagonist for that song. And she delivered her part effortlessly.

You already mentioned the songs with Michael and Paul, so I'll add a few non MJ ones.
My favorite Ella Fitzgerald and Louis Armstrong duet
Musicals, I LOVE musicals!
The Phantom of The Opera. I love the original Phantom, Michael Crawford but I've never liked Sarah Brightman as Christine. In the 25th Anniversary I liked the couple.
My favorite rendition, usually they have a strong Christine performance and a weak Raoul but here Sierra Boggess and Michael Ball are equally strong.

More Disney duets besides Céline and Peabo's. These two especially for Ilene Woods and Lea Salonga
As much as I love the official State Of Shock version with Michael and Mick, I wish the final version had been with Freddie since they are my absolute favorite male singers and showmen.
Michael had to be singing with Bart, he had to!
