Out of these 15 songs 10 were written by MJ alone (including the Top 3) and one co-written. Only 4 were written by other songwriters. Yet some people want to tell you he wasn't writing his own songs or that his songwriting contribution to his own career wasn't significant...

On Wednesday (23) "Bad" by Michael Jackson (shortened version) reached 400 million views on Youtube. It is the eighth music video of the King of Pop to reach this mark on the platform.
Directed by Martin Scorsese with a budget of about $2,200,000, it became the most expensive music video in history, breaking the record previously set by the legendary Thriller.

"Heal the World" became the 16th music video for the King of Pop to reach 200 million views. Michael contains a total of 22 music videos that have surpassed the 100 million views mark on Youtube.

"Number Ones" (2003) greatest hits album by King of Pop Michael Jackson surpassed Pink Floyd's "The Dark Side of the Moon" (1973) placing at number 5 of the albums with the most weeks in the history of the British chart. MJ's build has been in the official UK Charts for 545 weeks.
Accompanied by the lead single One More Chance Number Ones it was released on four cover versions — each reminiscent of a phase (or release) by Michael Jackson — Off the Wall, Thriller, Bad and Dangerous and has sold nearly 15 million copies worldwide!

The hit "Smooth Criminal" by Pop King Michael Jackson continues to be heavy visualized and heard on digital platforms. The music video for the song reached an incredible 700 million views on YouTube.

Certifications are available on the RIAA website. With this, the King of Pop exceeds 50 million singles sold in the U.S. by certification.
