Aren't those all for anxiety and pain? Considering that he's overdosed I'm guessing his anxiety and pain was so severe that he needed a cocktail of drugs just to get a some peace. So sad I don't think you use white powder and a spoon for anxiety/pain medication. Isn't that hardcore stuff like heroin and cocaine?

I have issues with anxiety as well and had used Diazepam in the past also. Which definitely helps. But his must have been unbearable to be on so many things

I would not trust anything Sinead O'Connor says, besides even if Prince was using drugs, it is unlikely he started using them until a few years ago when his hip really started playing up. Although there are stories she got all lippy and crazy and he beat her ass. Who knows? If Prince was using this junk, it was probably post millenial and post 2010 even. In 1990 he was clean, mean and keen to please. Sorry drugs just f**k me off, I have kept my life free from that shit and seeing what it does to people you love is the reason why.

Especially so given how much Prince and his collaborators went on about his vast multitude of unreleased material. There must be a lot of interesting stuff in that archive! Kinda surprised we haven't heard news of a 'new' Prince album yet tbh. His estate have just opened their own official website, so I think they'll be after our money soon!! www.princeestate.com/Lol, I'm somewhat interested to see what they do next. Like does Prince have 'pre-packaged' albums already, or will they pull a Michael/Xscape and make a compilation of what they consider the best unreleased tracks?

The pictures of the vault are fascinating. Especially so given how much Prince and his collaborators went on about his vast multitude of unreleased material. There must be a lot of interesting stuff in that archive! Kinda surprised we haven't heard news of a 'new' Prince album yet tbh. In the past 2 years since his passing, at least 50 unreleased songs have surfaced that hadn't leaked before. There's still a lot they could release.

Because if it’s the latter that is a lot of material to be leaked!

Goodnight sweet Prince!

Leaked to fans and were released on bootleg sets called Blast From The Past 4.0, 5.0, and 6.0 in the past 2 years. That's not including the several soundboard recordings from the Controversy, 1999, Purple Rain, Hit and Run '86, Parade, Lovesexy, Act I and II, and Piano and Microphone tours that have leaked. I'd say there's at least 200 unreleased songs by Prince that are available

Why are we posting the Daily Mail articles on this website ? Excuse me for my rude comment, but the DM is trash. Their articles (and the journalists who write them) are some of the most simplistic, egocentric, misogynistic, racist I’ve read.
Their comment section is even worse.
I remember the first time I’ve googled their website, years ago. And I said to myself that it was the first and last time I read the DM.

British tabloids are all rubbish. They distort and stretch the truth so much and then act all innocent when real harm comes to some one or they are sued (Princess Di dying, Elton John suing the Sun over various lies).
The worst tabloids are the Daily Mail, Daily Mirror, the Sun, The Daily Star and the former News of the World. Most are cheaply printed rags sold to people with low literacy and education levels. Given their racist, conservatve and homophobic style of writing it is the white trash they aim at (Chavs and Coronation Street/East Enders/Benidorm types). They are also very cheap costing 50p or less each and are relentless in their pursuing of stories designed to grab impressionable minds.
Stories about sex, whores, drugs, crime, prostitutes, violence and sexual deviancy are all popular along with stars getting married/divorced, sex scandals of any kind and cheating on each other. Words of more than 3 syllables including suffixes and prefixes are rare and chatty casual langauge are common. A great amount of sports and gossip on people like Shayne Ward and Jade Goody types is common too.
These papers all sell huge numbers and do well, but they are not worth the paper they are printed on and were also instrumental in the Michael Jackson tabloid gossip craze of the 1987 - 2010. The Mirror ran a title on his death "Wacko Jacko Heart Attacko" and pretty much pronounced him guilty before the trial. It wa sthe Daily Mail in collaboration with TMZ that broke the Prince drug photos story and they were going to show a photo of his corpse in the lift, until court injunctioned.
