Watched "Produced By George Martin" recently and I think it's a really nice doc about his life. He's a super interesting guy to me in general and obviously his work with The Beatles was amazing.

I have been exercising a lot more recently because I suddenly realised I had become skinny-fat. It's hard but getting easier lol.

Funny story... My best friend is someone who used to be my girlfriend before I accepted that I was gay. We never actually had sex (thank God), but came close a few times. We were going out for about six months and I think she was starting to wonder why our relationship hadn't become physical yet. She used to send me explicit text messages to try and turn me on. The final straw came when she messaged me saying "I just creamed my twat thinking of you Russ." In that moment there and then, I knew I was gay. We still have a giggle about it to this day.

Paparazzi can be such scumbags. Imagine wishing cancer on someone because they stood in between you and a celebrity. 🙄 I must say, it is satisfying to see these assholes not get what they want (and I feel like the guy was deliberately shifting himself between them and Beyoncé so maybe he’s hired by her or the event lol!)
