I have compiled a list of songs that are generally considered to be the least popular on each respective album (these aren't my personal least favourites, I actually really love some of the songs listed in the poll, they just seem to be general consensus amongst the fanbase).
My top 3 weakest:
1. Just Good Friends 2. Can't Let Her Get Away 3. She Drives Me Wild

The Girl is Mine Just Good Friends Come Together
I can't believe anyone thinks Why You Wanna Trip on Me is there. I adore that song. Those layered vocals and harmonies are stunning.

Come TogetherI can't believe anyone thinks Why You Wanna Trip on Me is there. I adore that song. Those layered vocals and harmonies are stunning. Agreed with WYWTOM, but disagree with Come Together. Not surprising given I love The Beatles, but I quite like Michael's take on it. Always gets me grooving!

I picked Cry, Privacy and Don't Walk Away. Not meaning to pick on Invincible as its got some really great tracks but I just feel that a: there's too many on it and b: they're imitations of the past. Cry -Heal The World, Privacy -Leave Me Alone and DWA -I actually like this to a certain extant but it's been done before. I feel every other albums tracks are worthy of their place. I also love She Drives Me Wild and Can't Let Her Get Away -I even have my own music video for CLHGA in my head every time I listen to it. Also love Why You Wanna Trip On Me.
I also LOVE Just Good Friends! I think it's every bit as good as Stevie's album track Get It featuring MJ. Bad isn't Bad without the 2 album tracks because everything else on it is a greatest hit. Dangerous and HIStory, honestly, I pretty much love every track on both -probably HIStory more so. But with Invincible I don't know what it is but it's the first time I would tamper with the track sequence/selection.

I'm a massive fan of Why You Wanna Trip On Me! It's a vent track but it doesn't make you go "It's been done before!" Different to Leave Me Alone and completely it's own thing. Privacy though is almost a parody.

No matter how many times I try I never like it.

1. Privacy 2. Can't Let Her Get Away 3. D.S. (I am alright with the message. Sneddon getting a little bashing doesn't bother me, but it is just not a good song IMO.)
I will never understand the hate for Just Good Friends and I absolutely LOVE She Drives Me Wild.

I actually love a lot of the songs on this list. Just Good Friends is a lot better than most fans give it credit for and Speed Demon is one of my favourite tracks on Bad - so funky! Having heard all the outtakes, I haven't heard one Bad-era song that I think should've replaced either of those two songs on the album.
Thriller has no weak songs at all. Every note is perfect and I wouldn't change a thing about it.
Cry, Privacy, Come Together, D.S. and Can't Let Her Get Away are all stinkers though. But from OTW-Bad, his albums were perfect.

I chose: 1-You are my life 2-Why you wanna trip on me 3-Privacy
I don't know these songs do nothing for me. And I know this is probably an unpopular opinion, but I just can't listen to Childhood and Tabloid junkie. I tried but they're too awkward for me...

1. Best of Joy 2. Childhood 3. Pitbull remixes on Bad25

I LOVE "Just Good Friends"! Will never understand why it does get so little appreciation among fans. I never liked "Girlfriend", though. "Girlfriend, wanna be your boyfried." NO. lol

1. Girlfriend - Takes the #1 spot for me. I still scratch my head as to why Quincy suggested this song, but it is one of the weakest songs...if not THE weakest...in Michael's entire catalog. It sounds like a song he should have recorded when he was still a kid with the Jackson 5, not as a 20-21 year old young adult, new solo artist trying to be taken seriously. Even worse that it was released as a single. Not Paul McCartney's greatest writing credit either. It's my belief that Michael only recorded it because he was a fan of The Beatles and wanted to work with Paul later on. And supposedly it was written for him anyway. 2. Just Good Friends - The number of times I've listened to this song overall could be counted on 2 hands. Can't even remember the last time I listened to it! I much prefer "Get It." 3. Smile - Dare I say? I always feel guilty not being as crazy about this song because it was Michael's favorite song and it clearly held a special place in his heart. His version of it is gorgeous and he did a wonderful job but...I can personally do without! The song just bores me. However, I can respect his need to record it, as it was important to him. I used to dislike Come Together because I never liked the song in the first place as a Beatles song. But when I gave Michael's version a chance and listened to it more, I loved it. Michael's version is 100x better than The Beatles version in my opinion. Michael gave me a new appreciation of this song that I never had before. The song was missing something and Michael added just what it needed. And if we are including remixes...all of the remixes on BOTDF, Thriller 25, and Bad 25. lol. In a nutshell, all of the official remixes.

Even though TGIM gets a lot of gripe by fans because they may find it corny, it's better than JGF by a landslide, all the songs Michael recorded with Paul are superior,IMO. JGF is just too average and bland for the caliber of Michael Jackson and Stevie Wonder but I admit some of the songs he recorded for Invincible are worse such as Privacy, Cry or 2000 Watts.
