I wonder why Michael didn't like or hated the variety show. The jokes for what I can remember were kinda cringe but Michael and the Jacksons still did wonderful choreographies and covers. I haven't seen all the episodes and I didn't know Mike danced with The Nicholas Brothers but MJ could tap the hell up and I loved Rebbie's cover of Fever.

I think MJ being the perfectionist that he was he didn't like that he had a short time to practice for every show. Plus I think he wrote in Moonwalk that he didn't like so much exposure. He didn't think it served them well.

At the park with my boy today, overheard a group of 4 girls, probably around 8 or 9, debating who was better out of Elvis or Michael Jackson. Not Timberlake vs Britney, not Bieber vs The Weeknd, but Elvis and MJ. Made me smile.
