This is the congress woman who submitted the new bill. Using Robson and Safechuck of all people as the poster boys for this. SMH. I could not help but answer to her.

Maybe conspiracy theories arent to OTT when you see politicians using those two.only in the usa would some idiot use those two as poster boys. Does make you wonder why they are so desperate and so intent on wanting mj to be an abuser even when the facts say the opposite. Theres something very sinister about it. Id love someone to ask this woman or anyone that question as see what the reply is. Motives, motoves

Mesereau being on board is very reassuring. Hopefully his knowledge and understanding of the past cases will be the undoing of Wade and James.

Tbh, I wonder why it took them this long to get Mez on board. Fans have been calling for this since Wade first came out with his horseshit on the Today show.

I don't know if that's a role he will take up, but I think it would be interesting if he got to depose Wade. Just for the psychological effect, considering how Wade told this very same man completely different things on the stand in 2005.

Do we know if this will actually go to a civil jury trial, rather than what we had before where it was the judge who ruled on the lawsuits?

I know it isn't very Christian of me to say, but I hope they both die. The world would be better off without these two oxygen thiefs.

You think the motions etc will take as many years as the previous case ie 6 or so years? Or will it suddenly get pushed forward quickly *shock horror*

Reuters reported on this and of course, used an unflattering picture of Michael.
They never learn, do they? Sigh...
