Michael Jacobshagen doesn’t have a four-hour slander propaganda piece dedicated to his accusations, so I think it’ll pass in time. But now even my father is in doubt about MJ’s innocence, and he hasn’t seen the film. I honestly don’t know what this world has come to. I guess this is the end of MJ. It was fun and nice whilst it lasted... Please don't think that way. I think this is FAR from "the end of MJ". People are allowed to and should have doubts. It's healthy to see both sides of a debate. Even though he hasn't watched LN, I'm sure he's heard plenty about the contents. Do the same with him that you would anyone else; present the facts and let them speak for themselves  |

People have always harbored doubts to some extent. That’s not what bothers me. It’s the existence of this 4-hour long propaganda piece which is lucidly designed to emotionally sway people into believing the absolute worst about MJ, and in the process has completely sullied his public image. That said, I can’t recall any other case where someone else accused of misconduct has been so staunchly defended by the public in the midst of the allegations.

Kinda wondering when the media is gonna stop making the same articles over and over and over again. It's kinda exhausting seeing a new story every single day. I'm sure it'll die down soon. It's just we went so long without this and now I feel like it's never gonna end.

In the next couple weeks or so I imagine the tabloids and media will move on (assuming nobody else comes forward) - but it's going to pick back up when the Estate's lawsuit against HBO starts. There will probably be some shit on Michael's birthday. |

I think it wouldn't bother me as much if the media just shut the fuck up about it? But there's literally multiple articles on him every single day on the top three big news sites here. To the point multiple people call them out in the comments. When Facebook went out today (which I also can't believe everyone made a big deal about), one of them called Newshub posted that everything was back online and someone was like (paraphrasing) "Gee thank god. What would I do without my hourly update of Kim Kardashian or Michael Jackson 🙄🙄". They're so obsessed with this man. With all the posts on him you would've thought he was still kicking it or had died yesterday.
They keep digging up so much random shit. Like that weird guy who accused MJ of masturbating over the phone with him when the kid was 13? Terry George I think his name is? Funny how that guy manages to supposedly record every conversation he's ever had with a celebrity, but every time Michael Jackson masturbates he doesn't? Nevermind that he edited out Michael's brothers to make it look like it was just him and Mike. Dude was so dodgy not even Tom fucking Sneddon didn't take him on the prosecution (even after an interview!!). If a prosecutor known as The Mad Dog, who throws almost everything at the wall to see if it sticks, who literally went all over the world to interview children (and turned up with basically nothing) refuses to use you, you know you're absolutely fucking worthless.
And yet the Herald here is reporting it like it's fact. "The boy we all ignored". Fuck him and fuck you all too, fucking degenerate tabloid filth.
I'm so over this shit honestly.
Apologies for all the swear words too, if that's not your kinda thing. I feel the occasion calls for it.

I finally cried today. I probably haven't cried in over a year. And I was watching a LN rebuttal video on Youtube. I cried for the injustice in the world and cried for MJ, cried for myself. I kind of feel a bit better now. I guess I let it out of my system now.
It reminded me why I connected with Michael when I was in my early teens. Obviously it was the music at first. But I stayed because I could relate to his struggles (in a much smaller way of course). Feeling like the whole world was against me because I am gay and all that. And to think Michael was hated for a crime he did not commit but it was ok to believe those lies because he was an unusual man. He dared to go against the norm. So it just got me! But he never gave up till the very end. He persevered! And it gave me so much courage! There might not be justice in the world, but we all are trying to survive one way or another. Then I put on Smile. and I got by!
sorry for the cheeseball moment. I just wanted to share it.

I've been thinking about people being obsessed with Michael and I think it's so odd that I'm a huge fan, yet I'm not nearly as obsessed with him as the haters are. Like....I absolutely adore Michael and his music but he's just part of my life. I don't think about randomly or anything (that's just me) but it really seems like his haters do. I'd venture a guess that many of them actually spend FAR more time thinking about and talking about him than I do. As far as the tabloids go, I hate it but they literally have nothing better to do. It used to be all about circulation and now it's all about clicks. There seem to be far less ramifcations now with the clicks then there ever were with circulation, which is odd to me. Clicks spread so much faster and can have such a bigger/worse effect. |

While the documentary is behind us, I am kind of scared what will come our way in the next days, weeks, months. Because I am pretty sure this is not the end of it. They will try keep pushing, fishing for "victims" or just keep up the pressure on the Estate.
When the Appeals' Court will discuss the case I think they will try to create a hype around it using the momentum from LN.
Wade is a narcissistic Cluster B personality who just won't stop.

I just have to be honest and say it's been a fear of mine for a while. Back when I heard about this stuff (I think it was when the Jordan Peele / Obama video was made) my first thought was "Oh my God, someone could manufacture 'evidence' against Michael with this!" I realize there are much bigger world issues that could come about because of this but Michael was the first thing I thought of. |
