Why do SW fans harrass the actors? Yes, the Sequel Trilogy sucked, but why do they harrass the actors for it?

I heard David Prowse passed on November 28. RIP Darth Vader! I see why Vader was so imposing on the big screen, David was strikingly tall.
He's one with the force now!

Many new SW projects announced. I'm personally disappointed that Rian's trilogy is seemingly cancelled, his movie was the only one of the new trilogy that tried to have meaning and didn't just fall back on total fan service. At least the new movies are being directed by seemingly competent people and if the Mandalorian is of any indication then the shows will be great as well. Will be nice to put my disappointment with the horrid ending of the trilogy in the past with some hopefully good stuff to look forward to.

I don't know how I feel about the oversaturation with Star Wars. Do all the series of Lando, Ahsoka Tano, Obi Wan, (I'm actually excited about that one because Ewan McGregor will reprise his role) etc have the objective of fixing the mistakes made in the New Trilogy? I thought The Mandalorian was set to do that.
Well, remembering what I heard about the Ahsoka series, it's set after Rebels, if I recall correctly. Rosario Dawson looked badass as Ahsoka, her characterization looked beautiful.

Im keen for the Obi-Wan series - especially with the return of Ewan and Hayden - but the other series I’m pretty indifferent on and will judge upon release. They’re also all so far away it’s hard to get hyped up right now.

I'm kinda concerned that they seem to connecting it all. Don't really want Star Wars to go the way of Marvel.

I'm kinda concerned that they seem to connecting it all. Don't really want Star Wars to go the way of Marvel. I agree. I don’t mind a lil crossover, but it doesn’t need to be near MCU level. Im keen for the Obi-Wan series - especially with the return of Ewan and Hayden - but the other series I’m pretty indifferent on and will judge upon release. They’re also all so far away it’s hard to get hyped up right now. Is this on Disney plus? Didn't know Hayden got the gig again. Hope he's improved. 'The sand.....it's so coarse. ' Yep on Disney+. I love George Lucas, but if he makes other good actors like Samuel L. Jackson, Liam Neeson, Natalie Portman, Ewan McGregor give worser performances than normal, I’m willing to see what Hayden Christensen is like under a director who works better with actors.

Granted the Marvel stuff seems to be working out but I don't know if that strategy translates well to Star Wars. We'll have to wait and see, I guess.

I cried with The Mandalorian's last episode, it had tension, it had Terminator vibes, it was emotional and it made me feel like the 10 year old child in me who enjoyed Star Wars for the first time again. Some fans may complain about the fan service but hell, Disney finally made justice to the franchise and a Jedi in particular since it was acquired by them.
