Was it churchil who said never underestimate the stupidity of the general public “Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.” - George Carlin

The Churchill one I believe was something like "A five minute chat with the average voter is enough argument against democracy". Something like that.

Can someone please clarify how many times this german lad met MJ? Hes claiming 95 and 40 dates on the HIStory tour. Ive only seen pics of him in the same outfit with MJ. And other fake photos with fake messages. He is trying to pass off pics of Prince Albert as himself. Whats the actual time line?
This fella is bloody hilarious

Been putting together things like this as concisely as possible for FB pages.
Claim: "Michael Jackson was yes, an incredibly talented artist with an incredible gift. He was many things. And he was also a pedophile and a child sexual abuser."
- Wade Robson in an interview with Matt Lauer for 'Today' in 2013
Disputed and contradicted by:
Q. He said:" What did your son say?"
You said, "He laughed and said it was ridiculous.”
Was that accurate?"
A. Yes.
Q. You believed Wade when he said it was ridiculous, right?
A. He was very convincing.....he did a good job. He had me convinced. He was....he would look me in the eye time and time again and tell me that nothing ever happened. And I believed him. I thought that he would be telling me the truth....he was very convincing.
Q. And throughout -- up until after Michael passed away, he always was very consistent in his story to you that nothing ever happened?
A. He was.
Q. And he was believable?
A. He was -- he should have had an Oscar. He was very convincing.
-Wade's mother, Joy Robson testified in her deposition under oath in 2016.

Claim: "Q. So, have your memories changed as you've gone through that process?
A. They've evolved.
Q. What do you mean by "evolved"?
A. Yeah, I mean, not changed in a sort of black-to-white sense. Like, I thought it was this thing......well, I mean they have as far as prior to the healing process, right. Prior to disclosing. But post disclosing the abuse in 2012 and beginning that healing journey, they've evolved as I remember more details about scenarios. As it goes along, you know, it evolves, details get added to."
- Wade Robson in his deposition under oath
Disputed and contradicted by:
"Just because someone tells you something with a lot of confidence and detail and emotion, it doesn't mean it actually happened. You need independent corroboration to know whether you're dealing with an authentic memory, or something that is a product of some other process.”
- Elizabeth Loftus from the University of California, Irvine, who is one of the founders of the area of false memory research, and is considered one of the most ‘eminent psychologists of the 20th century.’
"We not only distort memories for events that we have witnessed, we may have completely false memories for events that never occurred at all. Such false memories are particularly likely to arise in certain contexts, such as (unintentionally) through the use of certain dubious psychotherapeutic techniques or (intentionally) in psychology experiments.
There is currently no way to distinguish, in the absence of independent evidence, whether a particular memory is true or false. Even memories which are detailed and vivid and held with 100 percent conviction can be completely false.
Your memory is incredibly malleable. Because you often cannot spot a false memory once it has taken hold, the only way to prevent false memories is to know that they exist and to avoid things that facilitate them."
- Chris French from Goldsmiths, University of London, who has done decades of research on anomalous and paranormal memories, and believes that some of these may be the result of false memories.

So the burning of Michael's gifts/memorabilia at the end of LN was all bullshit, wasn't it? The memorabilia was probably the kind most of us fans can buy and doesn't have much monetary value.
