We have knowb this and preached it for several years, but people don't read so it's great to see his depo on film. He also comes across so smug, arrogant and unlikable. I'd love to have the full footage of his and Joy's deposition.

I bet the estate gave permission to release Joy's and Wade's depositions, who else pro MJ could have them if not them. As for Robson's demeanor, remember narcissists are arrogant schmucks who have the superiority complex.

A prime example of different stories for different audiences:
In the deposition: 'I may have done but I can't remember'. In his declaration he claimed he found it 'hard to cry'. I think this was his way of potentially trying to link his inability to cry to the abuse.
In LN: Given LN tries to be a love story, and the aim is to make out he defended MJ because he loved him, he cried over his death.

I'd love to have the full footage of his and Joy's deposition. I screamed when he started with the ‘that’s what MJ and I rehearsed’ bullshit. Then he tried to wiggle his way around the fact that his story has ‘evolved’. The use of the catchphrases like ‘before my healing’ shows exactly what he is about. If people don’t see through this bullshit then they are purposely being blind.

I see in epstein stories theres mention of a new law in N.Y about accusers under 50 can now sue for childhood abuse. Is this related to the law robsons lawyers are involved in

The estate leaked the depositions, no doubt. 😄 Branca referred to the Blast article.

But the trend is definitely to extend statutes of limitations and more and more states are doing it, so I can't see that bill in California not pass.

Can't that bitchy anchor handle the facts or what was her problem? Good for Geraldo for calling out that shit film and everyone involved in it for what they are!

Is this related to the law robsons lawyers are involved in No, California is different. But the trend is definitely to extend statutes of limitations and more and more states are doing it, so I can't see that bill in California not pass. I read this article yesterday: eu.usatoday.com/story/news/investigations/2019/08/05/boy-scout-sex-abuse-claims-exclusive-lawsuit/1899606001/ It's about mass lawsuits against the Boy Scouts in several states. Over 800 accusers and 350 accused (employees or volunteers who worked for the Boy Scouts and were accused of child molestation). This article mentions the trend of loosening statutes of limitations because of cases like this: So I think in this atmosphere there is no chance that new bill won't pass. But this Boy Scouts case also highlights the ridiculousness of the case against the MJ companies. In the Scouts case you have actual real cover up or neglect by the Scouts. Their employees or volunteers committing crimes against children and then the Scouts being neglectful about it. Or neglectful in acting quickly. In the MJ case you have two people (one of whom had nothing to do with the companies) alleging stuff like Norma arranging them a drive to Neverland makes MJ's companies the most sophisticated sexual abuse ring the world has known. Ridiculous.
