Agree that it would make more sense to do something with the house at hayvenhurst! I would prefer to see that over jecerland too, I actually stopped caring for neverland after the trial cause it wasn’t a home to mj anymore, so maybe it’s for the better

Rogers been sniffing around the boards as norm?!
Maybe hes just bought it at a cheap price and to sit on it and re sell in the future at a profit.as the land wont change if you keep upto it.be surprised he if does anything with it.permits have always been an issue.
Was burkle on mjs side back in the day or just another parasite? as there was alot around that time.ive forgotten the details of his connection to mj

I always find it interesting what the media picks up and what they don't. Here one tried to sell it as the price being so "low" (it isn't compared to other ranches in the area - it is about the realistic price) because of LN, so I guess there is a gloat factor. Whatever rocks their boat. This makes MJ's sales or streams not any less. That's where his legacy is - in his music, art, not NL. Though of course, if Burkle does something nice and MJ related with it, that would be good as well. With him being the owner there is more chance than if it had been some random farmer.

Fans are commenting that IG account is likely fake. Either way, people who didn't use MJ, turned their backs on, helped him during the trial or afterwards are good in my book. I hope something good comes from his purchase too.
