Last month, it was announced that the former home of Michael Jackson called “Neverland Ranch” and now called “Sycamore Valley Ranch” was removed from the listing of properties on sale from different Estate Agents. However, today, the property is back on the market with the selling price of 2019 of $31 Million. Suzanne Perkins Estate agent has relisted the property on their website today emphasizing on the fact that tour will be only given to those who can provide a financial statement background letter to prove they can purchased the property. Sorry fans, the future of the once home of Michael Jackson is still unsure! www.mjvibe.com/neverland-ranch-is-back-on-sale/?fbclid=IwAR38IoAPKRlSbv1ZERD1xgEw-P5dsIzEa_PBmmtfJ3pjpyLBsMPuE1wuc9Y

I think if we all chip in like 50p, we could probably get there.

I heard the Estate almost had enough to purchase it but production costs of the Michael Jackson hologram put them $5 over budget. Oh well... priorities.

With the economy tanking now due to the coronavirus issue I don't think it will be sold any time soon.

The below is from lesliemj
I just found out that Sycamore Valley Ranch Company LLC, the owner of Neverland Valley Ranch, sold the property on December 17 for $22M to Remember LLC from Delaware.
At this point I don't know who is behind Remember LLC, if this means that the ranch has new owners or this is a kind of a re-organisation with the same shareholders. My gut feeling says that there are new owners, as it doesn't make much sense to move the property from one LLC to another in Delaware and move $22M at the same time.
Update: Remember, LLC was represented in the deal by a lawyer called Robert Birmingham, who is a veteran real estate attorney. He works for the Yucaipa Companies, owned by MJ's then friend, Bob Burkle. Burkle was part of at least two attempts to reorganise the debts on Neverland while MJ was still alive.

Why couldn’t prince or Paris have purchased it with their funds?

They have to ask the estate until they start getting lump sums at 30.

Why couldn’t prince or Paris have purchased it with their funds? It is easy for fans to wish they put their funds into it, but it has enormous costs and no one can wish they spend their money on what is basically a money-sink that eventually even MJ couldn't finance. I think fans should let it go. Neverland is not the same without MJ, anyway. And MJ's legacy lives on in his music and art, not in a property. If they want to make an MJ museum at a point or something, it probably will make more sense to turn Hayvenhurst into that given it is closer to the tourist routes in LA and is also probably more affordable to finance.

I think you’re spot on! Hayvenhurst is a much more viable idea. As well as all the costs of what it would take to run Neverland, it’s out in the middle of nowhere.

I agree that it doesn't mean anything without Michael, although Sycamore Valley Ranch as it stands wouldn't be that expensive to maintain as a person with means. It's the financial burden of restoring it to Neverland with the animals and amusement park that's the money pit.

I dunno, unless you had your own personal staff, I'd hate to have to go all the way to that gate each day to get the post.
