Will you watch the Oprah interview when it airs on Sunday?
It does seem that the press has it in for them, but then they don't help themselves asking for privacy one minute and then going on Oprah and James Corden the next.

To be honest I never understood the world's fascination with British royalty. They are basically just famous for being famous, not for a skill, a talent or an achievement. And even their fame just comes from being born into an old aristocratic family. Boring to me.

I don't have a particular opinion about Meghan and Harry but they couldn't have chosen a more horrible interviewer on this side of the pond. Oprah doesn't care about what her interviewees have to because she loves to hear herself talk and insert herself in the situations. She only cares about gossip.

Im a republican (worked at buck palace once for a jubilee and saw them all).2 weeks later i was chasing mj around london. You know which i prefered😁.
Peope tend to have a soft spot for harry as hes the most,"normal" one and he went through alot of crap with his mothers death. Been made to walk behind the coffin.he went off the rails abit in his late teens.and went into the army which changed him. Personally i dont think hes ever liked been in the situation he was born into and saw megan as a way out which he grabbed. Abit like edward and mrs simpson.
I think all the interviews are getting very tacky. They are both loaded and dont need to do anything. The whole woah is me attitude is getting abit tiring considering whats going on in the world and wont sit well with alot of ppl. The uk media for the most part has turned against them because they have lost a cash cow.typical hypocritical uk media. They should have just stuck to doing their charity stuff and just live a "normal" life in the usa. Ids vomit inducing seeing that b#$%! Oprah getting the "big" interview.certainly have no intrest in watching it and even more so with that b@#$% been involved.

Being a public figure does not give the media the inherent right to consistently invade someone’s privacy or relentlessly hound them. Equally agreeing to a television interview or announcing the news of pregnancy is not the same thing as widespread mistreatment by the press nor is it an invitation for that mistreatment. It also doesn't remove the right of an individual (or individuals) to complain about said treatment.
It is perfectly possible and reasonable to engage with the media while also be against obtrusive and dangerous coverage.

I don't have any issues with them, I'm glad they're choosing to do what they want. It's pretty clear the Royals are pretty upset about it though and I really wouldn't be too surprised if they were helping feed the media circus against them.
I don't imagine myself watching the whole interview; more likely I might watch snippets that pop up on news websites if it's good. Some of them seem nice but I'm largely indifferent on the whole and I'm not going to think higher of you just because you happened to be born in the right family, that doesn't mean anything to me.
I will say I don't mind Queen Elizabeth being on the throne though, she seems like a nice woman.

Royal families interms of the uk one are ridiculous and outdated.at least other euro ones are modern and more normal. They actually think hey are anointed by God🤪🙄 which is funny for the uk one as theres no clean bloodline and we only have the queen now because david had the balls to walk away. Alot like harry. Even the queens kids have to bow to her ontop of everyone one else. How crazy is that. Seriously no wonder must of them are abit tapped. I remember working at buckingham palace and all these middle aged and older ppl were screaming like mj fans!when the family walked past them. I thought at least mj worked for where he got to.yet these ppl were screaming like teenage girls at a family who got their wealth through no work of their own and expect to bowed to like they are good.i bet they were thinking crazy peasants!!

I don't really have an opinion on them as people tbh. Although it's very clear to see that the media and the royal family are doing everything they can to make them look bad. It's always like that over here in the UK. The current government and the media pretty much work together to get what they want and make people think what they want for example.

Meghan knew what she was getting into marrying with a member of the royal family and as far as I'm aware, the royals especially Queen Elizabeth supported Harry's relationship with her. It isn't like when Princess Margaret wasn't allowed to marry a divorced man, Capt. Peter Townsend back in the day, so I don't get why Meghan was bitching about the Queen to that hag Oprah.

I watched the interview last night (I have a soft spot for the British royal family) and I found myself feeling quite sorry for them. I don't think Meghan is the she-devil the media keep portraying her as and she actually seems quite likeable and genuine.
Oprah was annoying asf though. Couldn't keep her trap shut long enough to let them answer a question. That vile hag sure does love the sound of her own voice!

I think it's hard to see how this was beneficial to anyone other than Oprah Winfrey. But they cant be that naive. They must've known the ensuing shitstorm they were going to face.
Piers Morgan was on TV this morning saying he didn't believe Meghan was ever suicidal. Who does that? Someone in a public position denying another persons struggle with mental health is deplorable.
