You see, the problem for me here is, is that people are now all in on tearing Chris Brown apart -he’s fair game- but with real glee and taking pleasure from it. I’m not sure how that makes things right? I lived through that as an MJ fan and it’s a bizarre feeling when someone is tearing apart someone you love whilst grinning at you. It feels almost satanic. Surely pointing out the ridiculousness of people saying Chris Brown is as talented/more talented than MJ is fine? You can't help but be somewhat harsh because of how preposterous it is.

Who is tearing CB apart? I'm talking about outlandish claims of him being the most talented human being that ever lived. Why is it "satanic" to make a little fun of such obviously nonsensical claims that even CB himself doesn't agree with?

The bonus digital tracks are actually fun to listen to straight through. Beat It 208 really does deserve all of the shite it gets. It's abysmal. Why the hell is Fergie saying "You want it? Come get it!" in a song about telling people not to say that... Far and away the worst piece of music ever commissioned for release by Michael Jackson. And I'm including Invincible in that (JOKE). I love how you had to include (JOKE) at the end of this for fear of the mob coming for you. And I’m not even (JOKING).

That’s a good point perhaps. I genuinely don’t know. After what I went through as an MJ fan I think it traumatised me to the point where I can’t really go all in on others.

The pleasure is because it's comical and funny. It's fine to make fun on this forum about MJ fans who consider MJ an "angel" or "god" (just on one of these previous pages there was a remark that Branca is making his TikTok videos for that type of fan), but it's not fine to make fun of hyperbolic claims about Chris Brown (not about CB himself)? I have no idea why you are so offended on CB's behalf that you call me "satanic", when even CB himself doesn't agree with this nonsense?

Actually, I think it’s the feeling of being gaslighted. It’s extremely traumatic.

I’m saying the behaviour feels satanic. To me.

I should have elaborated; when people have gaslighted you for being an MJ fan, it’s traumatic. And their pleasure feels satanic, especially when it’s within a group of people and their smiling and smirking at you. That’s what I’m getting at. And that’s why when a groups of people go all in on someone it makes me feel a little uneasy.
