Almost 12 years after his passing, Michael continues to break records.
According to The Official UK Charts Company (OCC), the King of Pop has spent 1,500 weeks in the Top 75 β the UK's best-selling album chart.
"Numbers Ones" a collection of big hits released in 2003 has been on the UK Albums Chart's list of 100 best-selling uk albums, also earning the highest chart position (#22) since January 2011.

i don't understand but the number ones are still going up. today it's been on the charts for 500 weeks and it's on the UK official albums chart, the UK's top album chart, meaning the album is in the rankings at the equivalent of nine years.
that's good. but i don't understand why it's number ones.

It features most of his hits in a convenient 1-disc package, which is what most people are after.

"I Want You Back" is officially certified 2x platinum for 1 million and 200,000 copies sold in the UK.
BPI Music, responsible for disseminating uk music certifications, revealed that the Jackson 5 group has earned a new certificate there.
The song, which was #2 in the UK when released, is one of the biggest hits of Michael Jackson and his brothers.
