A friend of mine stayed in London for a couple of more days and she went to ABBA Voyage. It's basically some type of "hologram" show - they are called avatars. Anyway, the woman posted pictures from the booklet that showed the making of. To me it seems like the technology is similar with that they made the skeleton dance in Ghosts, so I was wondering if they could use that data to create an authentic MJ "avatar", rather than making an avatar of an impersonator like in Slave to the Rhythm which I see as pointless? I'm not interested in holograms/avatars of MJ impersonators, but if they could make an avatar of MJ himself somehow extracted from data like the above or 2D film (maybe as AI technology develops too) then I'd be interested. Yeah, I've always felt that if something like the latter becomes an option, then that's completely different to what they did with the Slave To The Rhythm 'hologram'. Imagine that they could do something like you suggest with the Motown 25 performance, or a Bad tour concert. To me, that's comparable to remastering MJ's videos in 4k - it's presenting his own work in the highest quality/most immersive manner that modern technology and the source material allow for. Completely different to filming Earnest Valentino doing a dance MJ never did, to a remix of a song he had nothing to do with, wearing an outfit he never wore.

I almost went to the ABBA show last year. I think Iโm going to try to make it to both MJ The Musical and Voyage over the summer and spend a few nights in London. Can you imagine an MJ hologram concert like the ABBA Voyage show?! Would be immense! Surely with todayโs technology they can use the Ghosts body mapping they created.

Quick question: do Michael Jackson EVER talk about ANYTHING positive?
Just wondering if if we're all going to spend the rest of our lives continually drawing attention to the same media sources who shit on him his whole life.
Doesn't seem like a good way to go about raising him up to where he should be, but what do I know?

Some fans are relentless on Twitter though and it almost seems like they go out of their way to seek out the naysayers and guiltists. I tend to just scroll on by...

Not sure I understand what this is all about. Bigi objecting to Katherine's legal bids being paid for? Seems a bit harsh, no?

Bigi and Katherine originally asked the judge not to let the sale go through and it was denied. Now Katherine wants to appeal the ruling using the estates money instead of her own (which she gets from the estate anyway) and Bigi is against that due to the appeals low chances of success.

I finally hit a wall with it last night and had to unfollow a lot of big MJ accounts. I just can't wrap my head around constantly shining a light on bad things said about MJ. It's just better for my mental health to not see that stuff constantly.

Katherine or should i say Randy has some cheek asking the estate to pay for lawyers who will be used against them.

Why does MJ look a million times better in all the rehearsal footage from the MSG shows than he did on the actual shows?

Cant really tell. With glasses on and not very close up I think the reason he looks better in the rehearsals is: 1. His hair on the actual show was horrible, that Edward Scissorhands cut didn't do him any favours. His normal hairstyle as seen in the rehearsals is the classic MJ look and suits him best 2. The all-white costume wasn't his best look. The casual attire from the rehearsals actually looks much better 3. We all know he was drugged out of his mind during the actual show

Yeah, I almost feel like Bad is such an underrated video amidst Thriller, Smooth Criminal, Remember the Time and the like. It's so little talked about what a masterpiece it is. The editing, the cuts, the directing, the choreography.
