I'm aware she didn't know about Sia's bullshit tweet but when she was informed about it, Paris replied that it was like the Nikki Sixx situation willing to separate the artist from the art, therefore willing to overlook these musicians she happens to like believe the worst of her father.

Nikki Sixx is known throughout the industry for being a wanker of colossal proportions. Sully Erna from Godsmack wrote the song Cryin Like A Bitch about Sixx. The story goes that he was rude to Godsmack when they were an up and coming band on the same bill as Motley Crue, treated them like shit and was an all-round jerk. Years later when Godsmack were a bigger band than Motley Crue he tried to be all pal-y with them when they crossed paths again, and Sully reminded him what a jackass he had been. Sixx then went on his radio show and started "crying like a bitch" about Godsmack, hence the song title. He sounds like a real cunt. |

I pretty much learned all I needed to know about Nikki Sixx when I happened to read his "autobiography" in which he gleefully details knocking out and kicking Vanity (of Prince fame) down a flight of steps. The man is human trash, and to hear him speaking out about any allegations of abuse is laughable. Fuck him.

Seeing as how Sia’s tweets, both last year and this year, were rather quick to precede her new album releases (thereby acting as a promotion of sorts), I’m not even sure if she actually believes Wade and James or not. I just think she’s willing to use any cause for her own personal gain, which goes to show the kind of person she is. I highly doubt she truly supports Paris Jackson or any of Michael’s children (IOW: virtue signaling for her own sake).
But I find Paris still associating with Nikki, even in light of his disparaging comments regarding the allegations, to be quite worrisome, even if he is total trash. I don’t blame Paris so much for dealing with such matters and people with “love” (in lieu of opposition) as Michael raised her to, but supporting people who support Michael’s false accusers sends the wrong message even if it’s just “separating the art from the artist”. As stated before, these are the kinds of people (IE, the Arvizos) who literally paved the way to Michael’s death. The 2005 trial completely shattered Michael’s spirit and if he hadn’t been forced to weather all that BS, he likely would have lived a longer life. It’s the reason why Paris endured so many emotional and personal struggles after the fact. My thinking is more in line with Brett Barnes’. If you can look past “issues” of the aforementioned nature, more power to you, but I’m personally not built for it.

I’m fine with Paris doing whatever she wants and dealing with her life as she sees fit. People -especially Michael Jackson fans- need to leave her alone. Michael covered his kids in vales to hide their identity from the media because he didn’t want them to have a miserable existence like he did. And now, as well as the media they have to put up with MJ’s own fans giving them shit for any decision or lifestyle choice they don’t like or agree with. She doesn’t owe MJ fans a thing. She’s a fragile human being dealing with things as best she can. Focus on your own lives, or MJ and move on.

I don’t really care for Paris so won’t bother checking out the music, even though I like the sound of indie folk music when my sister plays it. I think she may be a pushover or people pleaser which is why she finds herself in these messes, but I wonder if she is polite to those who have bashed Michael because of her mental health and how it must have drained her defending her father before her suicide attempt. Anyways I’m a fan of her dad, not her so couldn’t care less what she does and I wouldn’t be surprised if she takes to Oprah again after what went down last year

I’m pretty much in an incredibly great place mentally these days but my teens were very difficult years because of various life issues and experiences and it can effect ones sleep, habits and behaviours etc but I still feel the effects from time to time when having to deal with people. So when I see people jump online and shit on Paris it angers me. And I can’t stand “her father wouldn’t have approved” type crap. Anyway, I’m feeling much better now having gotten that off my chest so thanks. |
