Thanks for understanding and not judging me I feel he had poor boundaries and often got into codependent relationships, as is common with survivors of abuse. I wish it turned out better for him exactly. people had said this and people are coming out and saying this now.

She’s not insulting him, he was a pretty stubborn guy and a people pleaser. That got him far, but also lead to his demise and so many issues exactly and it got him in a whole lot of trouble. people are calling out Michael and his "Do What I Say" attitude. he wasn't no angel. he also very ruthless at times.

No, the man didn’t commit suicide. With all the shit he went through, what would be the point of suddenly killing himself at 50? Some of you are cold blooded, sad. i disagree with her but invinciblegal was only asking a question.

Bit harsh, no? The guy had very understandable mental health issues and was trying to manage it the only way he knew how. Yeah I know he had issues and I had compassion for him, I just wish he lived longer and deserved so much better. I guess I feel he abandoned us sometimes I think him "abandoning us" is the least tragic aspect of his death.

If she's insulting Michael based partially on speculations, she's unsympathetic. I agree, it comes off soulless. I also noticed a disturbing trend amongst Michael’s tragic fandom. A lot of them have become resentful towards Michael for dying. Newsflash: he didn’t owe fans a damn thing. Some fans are disgustingly entitled. Most of them didn’t know this man. so people shouldn't be upset that he die? Michael was one of biggest superstars on the planet. even non fans was upset when he die. so people can't feel grief? no other artist hasn't got on Michael level yet and probably won't again in our lifetime. he didn't own us but he wanted that money that for sure. 😒😒😒

I think the notion that MJ "abandoned" his fans is a tad misguided. It's a strong word and one I could understand maybe his kids using, but his fans?
To feel deserted or left behind by someone you didn't even know is more on you than it is on them. I understand feeling gutted, sad, even depressed, but not abandoned. MJ didn't leave me behind, anymore than I would leave a stranger behind when I die.

Well I guess I felt that way cause I was lonely then and felt he really cared about fans and I felt I would meet him one day, cause I wanted to show him so badly how much he was loved, and not being able to do that hurt me

I get that. Hope you don't feel that way now. xx Yeah I’ve been doing better, I felt this more in the first few years following his death I wasn't judging you btw. I felt full-on depressed when he died and I don't care if that sounds crazy or unstable, it's how I felt. We've all got it bad at the end of the day, otherwise we wouldn't be posting on an MJ fan forum 15yrs after he died.

Yes I was crying almost every day for the first few years over it, and was also filled with anger with the world. I did have other things going on too couple with that. And you’re not crazy for that at all

How unsympathetic of you Nature. I can only imagine how draining and stressful the rehearsals and the tours themselves must have been been for Michael and on top of it being insomniac. He should have consulted sleep specialists but who knows if he went or had the money to afford such services since that fucking trial ruined him. I thought he'd only perform the 50 concerts at O2 Arena but there were talks to make him tour around the world in different residencies which would have been insane. did you read my post? Yes. You came across in that post as unsympathetic and entitled. He made mistakes as any human would do but MJ didn't have to live up to anyone's expectations. "Why is it I can't do whatever I want to? Went in my personal life and I don't live for you So don't you try to tell me what is right for me You be concerned about you I can do what I want to"

I don’t think judging other fans for thinking different is fair. This board should be a safe space for fans from all walks to discuss him.

She’s not insulting him, he was a pretty stubborn guy and a people pleaser. That got him far, but also lead to his demise and so many issues Michael could be stubborn, but he wasn't really a people pleaser as such. Michael had little problem with things being his way or the highway as quite a few people found out over the years. Chris Casady, an animator on an MJ project back in the day, told me in 2008 that in his view Michael Jackson did the best he could with what he had. I think that's a fair summation.

I think he wanted to please fans and prove critics wrong when he agreed to this is it. If true, I felt guilty like we drove him to try and perform
