Not really a huge fan but it'll be interesting to see if he can pull off a successful comeback.

He looks old. The mid tempo track reflects him: slow, tired, honestly not what anybody wanted.

I don't mind some of his older stuff, but haven't really liked anything from his last few albums and this song is not really an exception.
I too am interested to see if he can pull off another successful album. It's been a while. I kind of feel this is a make or break record for him - at least in terms of his future relevancy as a pop icon.

A very average and forgettable song.

Would this be his invincible era? Haha I’m getting some déjà vu from the comments here

Would this be his invincible era? Haha I’m getting some déjà vu from the comments here Commercially, I think Man of The Woods would've been his Invincible era, as it was his first album that didn't really catch on. But even Invincible had YRMW, which is remembered fondly by most, I don't think any of the singles fron MOTW stuck in the publics consciousness the way YRMW did. I agree with invinciblegal, it's definitely a make or break album for him.

The new song is an earworm, not spectacular, but nice. It'll all depend on how his singles chart and whether they stick around or drop like a stone. A high debut for the album and lead single is to be expected and not really the mark of a successful release these days. Madonna's last album topped the Billboard chart in its opening week, but its chart run was: #1 - #70 - OUT. With all the promo and label push, JT's album will inevitably chart highly, but if it's completely fallen off the radar after 2-3 weeks on the chart then I don't think you could call it a success commercially. Time will tell.

Copy and paste comments from every Timberlake thread. Why don't you break the mold and say you listened to it and loved it and can't wait to check out the album?
