Love the way he delivers this verse

I prefer the Michael version for the sleek production. This isn’t mastered. Such a drop in sound quality. Good version none the less.

Can’t Get Outta The Rain was one of only 3 rear songs that was released up until the mid 90’s. From 1979 to 1997 the only rarities released were Can’t Get Outta The Rain, Come Together and Someone Put Your Hand Out. On The Line then came with the Ghosts Collectors box set in 97.

Can’t Get Outta The Rain is fun but it’s not really a song, is it.

Sunset Driver

One of Tony’s favourites. It’s funky. I love when MJ sings with attitude. Sort of like he did on Speed Demon and Just Good Friends. When he really gets raw and gets down and adds a bit of an edgy twang.

Definitely an Elton vibe. Someone suggested this was more like a Jackson’s outtake. Definitely get that vibe from it.

It’s alright. I’ll have to hear what Musical Youth did with it.

I’ve not listened to this disc in ages. It’s a fun mixed bag of tracks. I think I enjoyed it more tonight than when I first heard it. Great recommendation butterflies2! 🦋
